Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Acute Gouty Arthritis With Qi Point Blood Pricking Therapy Of Yang Meridian

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of blood pricking therapy at male cleft points to improve the pain degree and symptoms and signs of patients with acute gouty arthritis(AGA),so as to provide a reliable experimental basis for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods:40 patients with acute gouty arthritis were selected according to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and were divided into 2 groups according to 1:1 scale according to the order of visit time,20 cases in each group.Control group is western medicine group,were given celecoxib capsule,0.2g each time,after meal,once in the morning and evening,for 1 week;on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group,the treatment group was given blood pricking therapy at male cleft points according the pain site,once every two days,for 1 week,a total of 4times.VAS score,immediate analgesic effect,symptom and sign score,serum uric acid and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were observed and the comprehensive clinical effect was evaluated.Results:1.VAS score,symptom and sign score:After 1 week of treatment,the two groups were significantly lower than the previous group’s VAS score and symptom and sign score(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Instant analgesic effect:The instant analgesic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Serum uric acid and erythrocyte sedimentation rate:After 1 week of treatment,the blood uric acid and erythrocyte sedimentation level of the two groups were significantly lower than those of this group before treatment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the blood uric acid and erythrocyte sedimentation level between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).4.After treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 95% and 90%,respectively.The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.On the basis of oral celecoxib,the treatment of acute gouty arthritis with pricking blood at the Yang meridian points is effective,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.2.On the basis of oral celecoxib,the treatment of acute gouty arthritis with pricking and bloodletting at male cleft points is more effective than oral celecoxib alone.Both of them have the same effect in improving blood uric acid and erythrocyte sedimentation rate,but the former can more effectively relieve joint pain and symptoms and signs,and the pain relief effect is faster.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
