Clinical Observation On Acute Gouty Arthritis Treated By Pricking Blood At Single Point And Compatible Points

Objecive:Compatibility of acupoints has gradually become a popular prescription for acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,and several principles of acupoints compatibility are summarized from ancient literature and clinical observation.In this paper,the therapeutic effect of pricking therapy on acute gout and the advantages of acupoints compatibility are analyzed by comparing single acupoints with acupoints compatibility for blood pricking therapy,so as to strengthen practical support for clinical application of acupoints compatibility.Methods:72 patients with gouty arthritis from the Acupuncture and Moxibustion Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,according to the criteria of abscission and elimination,the patients were eventually divided into compatible acupoints group of 31 cases and single acupoint group of 31 cases by using simple random grouping method.The compatible acupoints group was treated with acupoint Ashi puncturing blood treatment combined with simple acupuncture at Zusanli and Sanyinjiao,while the single acupoint group was treated with acupoint Ashi puncturing blood.After two courses of treatment,the levels of serum uric acid,VAS score of joint pain,joint function score and cure rate were observed by randomized controlled clinical observation.After completing the records,the data is entered into Excel to make a sheet,and the statistical analysis is carried out by SPSS22.0 software(the counting data is tested by X~2,the results are compared by t test or rank sum test),and the final analysis results are obtained.Results:1.At the end of the course of treatment,the levels of serum uric acid,VAS score of joint pain,joint function score and clinical cure rate of the two groups were significantly different from those before the treatment.(P?0.01).2.There was no significant difference in VAS score of joint pain between the two groups after the treatment.(P?0.05).3.The level of serum uric acid,joint function score and clinical cure rate in compatible acupoints group were better than those in single acupoint group.(P?0.05).4.The total effective rate was 90.32%in the compatible acupoints group and 77.42%in the single acupoint group.There was no difference between the two groups(P?0.05).Conclusion:The results showed that both the two groups were effective,but the clinical cure rate of the compatibility acupoints group was higher than that of the single acupoint group.It shows that the pricking blood treatment of compatible acupoints not only has remarkable effect,but also can prolong the time of the effect of blood pricking,reduce the recurrence rate of patients,and make the compatible acupoints more stable in clinical application.
