Clinical Observation Of Shenqi Siwu Decoction Combined With Chemotherapy On Lung And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome Of Lung Cancer

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Siwu Decoction combined with chemotherapy on patients with lung and spleen deficiency syndrome,so as to provide a new clinical basis for the development of traditional Chinese medicine to treat lung cancer with lung and spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods: A total of 68 patients with lung cancer chemotherapy who came to Dianjiang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to December 2020 who met the criteria were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each.In the course of the study,2 cases were dropped from each group,and 64 cases were finally obtained,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received chemotherapy alone.Observation The group received chemotherapy plus Shenqi Siwu Decoction.Evaluation and analysis of the short-term clinical efficacy,tumor markers,immune function,KPSand TCM symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment.Results: The clinical efficacy of the two groups of solid tumors was compared,and there was no significant difference in the short-term efficacy of the two groups of solid tumors(P>0.05);Before and after treatment,the comparison of CD3+,CD4+/CD8+ between the two groups showed significant differences in the values of the observation group before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy can improve the immune function of lung cancer patients;comparison of lung cancer markers before and after treatment in the two groups,the observation group and the control group are effective(P<0.05),but the observation group has better efficacy(P<0.05)Comparing the TCM symptom scores before and after treatment in the two groups,both groups can improve the symptoms of patients after treatment(P<0.05),but the observation group has better efficacy than the control group;Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy for lung cancer can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.Conclusion: Shenqi Siwu Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of lung cancer patients with lung and spleen deficiency syndrome can enhance the clinical efficacy,increase the patient's immune function,improving the quality of life of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse chemotherapy reactions.
