Clinical Observation Of Shenqi Jinfu Recipe In Treating Stage III Lung Adenocarcinoma With Chemotherapy Of Lung Spleen Qi Deficiency

Objective:to observe the ginsengand astragalusgold compound treatment? period after chemotherapy in patients with lung adenocarcinoma of lung spleen deficiency clinical curative effect.Methods: the study is designed to observe 70 cases, adopting the design principles of random parallelcontrast and randomized dividing the cases which meet the standard into treatment group and control group equally.Caused by a lack of not regular medication, treatment, and no provisions, the treatment group has eliminated 3 cases, and the control group has eliminated 7 cases, finally, treatment group has 32 cases stayed and 28 for the control group.Experimental group: on the basis of PP scheme chemotherapy, the cases will decoct with ginseng and astragalus goldcompound; Control group: the cases will adopt PP scheme chemotherapy. Both groups has symptomatic disease treatment, nutritional support and basic diseases treatment. Working on a chronic refractory disease, this studyobserves the recent effect--1 course,both groups view the chemotherapy from the first dayto the later two weeks after treatment as one course;and observes the differences of target before treatment and after treatment of two groups of patients in TCM syndrome integral, quality of life score, and the size of the tumors, adverse drug reactions, weight and other indicators, and making a statistical processing.Results: 1. The comparison differences of two groups of patients before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome overall curative effect has a statistical significance(P <0.05).After treatment this two groups both can improve cough-weakness, losing of appetite, shortness in breath which is difficult to continue, god fatigue, nausea and vomiting,but the comparison between groups shows that the treatment group perform better than control group(P < 0.05)in improving of the curative effect of the five symptoms.And the total effective rate of the treatment group's improving the effect of TCM syndrome is 81.25% which is higher than 64.28%of the control group,whichindicates syndromes curative effect of test group is superior to the control group.2. The Karnofsky score differences between the two groups of patients aftertreatment has a statistical significance(P < 0.05), the test group patients quality of life is better than the control group.3. The weight comparison between the two groups before and after treatmenthas no statistical significance(P > 0.05), which shows that the comparison in improving the weight the experimental group has no significant advantage.4. The size of the tumors between the two groupsafter treatment has no statistical significance(P > 0.05),says that in solid tumor curative effect the treatment group has no obvious advantage when compared to the control group..5. The comparison of two groups after treatment about the side effectsin aspects like white blood cells decline, digestive tract reaction.etchas a statistical significance(P < 0.05), the experimental drug in improving the WBC decline and digestive tract reaction after chemotherapy is better than that of control group.But the comparisonof two groupsin hemoglobin decline, platelet decline, liver and kidney function damage,hasno statistical difference(P > 0.05), which shows that the treatment group in improving the hemoglobin and platelet decreasing, liver and kidney impairment, has no obvious advantage.6. Both of two groups has no significant adverse events happens in the process of clinical observation.Conclusion: This clinical observation, The treatment group in improving TCM syndrome in patients with general curative effect, the quality of life and reducing the side effects of chemotherapy is better than the control group. The use of ginseng and astragalus gold compound after the chemotherapy treatment of stage ? lung adenocarcinoma of lung spleen deficiency syndrome has a certain curative effect, and is worth for clinical application.
