The Clinical Research Of Liumo Decoctions Combined With TCM External Treatment For Treating The Adverse Reactions After Finish Single Ballon Enterosccopy

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Liumo decoctions combined with TCM external treatment for treating the adverse reactions after finish Single Ballon Enterosccopy.Objective to evaluate the efficacy andsafety of the treatment,and to provide the basis for clinical application.Methods: 84 cases were collected in the clinical study.All cases were randomly divided into two groups,42 cases were included in treatment group and 42 in control group.The control group was treated by routine western medicine,the treatment group based on the control group and combined with Liumo decoction and TCM external treatment(TDP infrared therapeutic apparatus).Using The time of the adverse reactions relief and bowel sound recovery were selected as the evaluation index.Observing and recording the changes of clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group before being treating or after.Using spss19.0 statistical software to analysis of the data.Results:1.To evaluate the efficacy of TCM symptom,the total effective rate was 85.7% in the control group and 95.24% in treatment group.Compare with two groups(X2=4.09,P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.So the curative effect of the treatment group was better than control group.2.To compare the TCM symptom integration,the TCM symptom integration of the control group was 9.07±3.89 before being treating and the treatment group was 9.50±3.68. Compare with two groups(t=-5.2,P=0.61>0.05),two groups were comparable.After being treating the control group compare itself(t=16.50,P=0.00),and the treatment group was(t=2.36,P=0.02<0.05).Compare with two groups(t=2.36,P=0.02<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,the treatment group was better than control group 3.To evaluate the recovery of the bowel sound between two groups,the comparison between two groups(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,the treatment group was quicker than the control group in recovering the bowel sound.4.To evaluate the relief time of the adverse reactions,the comparison between two groups(X2=17.51,P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant,the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Liumo decoctions combined with TCM external treatment can effectively treat the adverse reactions after finish Single Ballon Enterosccopy.2.Compare with the routine western medicine,Liumo decoctions combined with TCM external treatment have the better curative effect in recovering the bowel sound and the time of the adverse reactions relief.
