Clinical Observation Of Modified Liumo Decoction On Constipation Irritable Bowel Syndrome (Hepatic Depression And Qi Stagnation Syndrome)

Background In recent years,the incidence of constipation irritable bowel syndrome has increased year by year,and has become a common and frequently occurring disease in gastrointestinal diseases.Its pathogenesis is not clear,western medicine is mainly symptomatic treatment,the curative effect is poor.With the deepening of research on Chinese medicine,the treatment of constipation irritable bowel syndrome has been widely recognized.A large number of studies have confirmed that TCM compound has a good effect on constipation irritable bowel syndrome,can improve the prognosis of patients and have economic benefits.Objective Liu Mo decoction is a famous prescription for the treatment of qi stagnation and constipation.On its original prescription,radix bupleuri,rhizoma cyperi,radices paeoniae alba and liquorice are added to treat IBS-C(liver depression and qi stagnation certificate).The clinical effect of Modified Liumo Decoction oral treatment on IBS-C(liver depression and qi stagnation certificate).Through clinical observation,the clinical effects of Modified Liumo Decoction and simple western medicine oral treatment for IBS-C(liver depression and qi stagnation certificate)were evaluated.The research results were used to guide the clinical practice,to provide patients with a TCM treatment program with good efficacy,lasting effect and small side effects,and to improve the quality of life of patients with IBS-C(liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome).Methods From December 2019 to January 2021,60 cases were collected from the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Chinese Medicine Department of Yichang Central people’s Hospital,the included cases were randomly divided into the oral group of traditional Chinese medicine granules and the oral group of conventional western medicine,the oral group of traditional Chinese medicine granules gave Modified Liumo Decoction oral,while the oral group of conventional western medicine was treated with lactulose plus mosapride,Both groups were treated for 2 weeks,For patients with IBS-C stagnation of liver and qi,And the severity of irritable bowel syndrome,Bristol fecal traits,Through statistical analysis,A scientific and systematic evaluation of the efficacy,safety and recurrence rate of Modified Liumo Decoction oral in the treatment of IBS-C stagnation of liver and qi,To investigate the etiology,The advantages of this prescription in the treatment of this disease were discussed.Combining multiple evaluation indicators,Compare the clinical effect of Modified Liumo Decoction oral and western medicine oral treatment IBS-C.Results(1)After comparison,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and comparable.(2)After comparison,the first two groups were comparable in each index comparison(excluding depression)with no statistical differences(P>0.05).(3)Comparing the difference between statistical groups(P<0.05).(4)The two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).(5)The recurrence rate was 3.70% and 14.29% in the control group,comparing the difference(P<0.05).(6)No adverse reactions occurred in either group during treatment and observation.Conclusion Through clinical observation,we conclude that in the treatment of IBS-C(liver stagnation),more effective effect,can better relieve the abdominal pain,abdominal distension,constipation,and significantly improve the anxiety state,benign regulate the patient’s body and spirit,making the quality of life greatly improved.It is worth to further study its action mechanism and conduct clinical promotion.
