Objective: To observe and compare the clinical effects of vertical and horizontal acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,to briefly analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy of vertical and horizontal acupuncture in the treatment of CSR,and to provide new treatments for clinical treatment of CSR Means and reference direction. Methods: The 68 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group(treatment with vertical and horizontal acupuncture),34 cases and a control group(treatment with ordinary acupuncture),34 cases. After two courses of treatment, record the improvement rate of Tanaka Yasuji's Cervical Spondylosis Symptom Scale score,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and adverse event score before and after treatment, and compare the total effective rate, observe and compare The difference between the two groups of patients.results:1.Comparison of pain visual analog scale(VAS)scores: After 2 courses of treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were reduced compared with before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);and After treatment, the VAS score of the vertical and horizontal acupuncture group was lower than that of the ordinary acupuncture group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of Tanaka Yasuhisa's cervical spondylopathy symptom scale score:After 2 courses of treatment, the scores of Tanaka Yasuji subscale of the two groups were improved compared with the previous one,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)After treatment,Yasuji Tanaka's scale score in the vertical and horizontal acupuncture group was better than that of the ordinary acupuncture group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of total effective rate: The difference in total effective rate between the vertical and horizontal acupuncture group and the ordinary acupuncture group is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the vertical and horizontal acupuncture method is more effective in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy The clinical effect of ordinary acupuncture is better.4.Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions: There is no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the vertical and horizontal acupuncture group and the ordinary acupuncture group(P>0.05),indicating that the safety of the vertical and horizontal acupuncture group is better than that of the ordinary acupuncture group. The acupuncture group is comparable.Conclusion:1.The vertical-horizontal acupuncture group has a good effect on CSR.2.The vertical-horizontal acupuncture has fewer needles, good curative effect, and safety. It has good curative effect in improving symptoms of neck pain, activity limitation and upper limb numbness in CSR patients, and has certain clinical application value.
