Objective:This topic is through clinical research, observing clinical efficacy of needle knife therapy for the treatment of cervical radicular spondylosis, and compared with conventional acupuncture method, comparing the difference between the two methods on the clinical efficacy. The aim is to provide a basis for future clinical treatment, and to further promote the needle knife therapy. Methods: 66 cases of cervical radicular spondylosis that meet the criteria were randomized into needle-knife group and conventional acupuncture groups with 33 cases in each group. The needle-knife group was treated once a day for 7 days, for a total of 3 treatments. In the needle-knife treatment group, the 3rd,5th,and 7th spinous process axons were selected for the first time and 2 cm of the zygapophyseal joints on the left and right sides were selected, and 2-3 positive point of shoulder and back tenderness were selected. At the second time, the top of the spinous process of the neck 4 and 6 and the thoracic 1 and 2 cm of the zygapophyseal joints on the left and right sides were selected, and 2-3 positive pressure points on the shoulder and back were selected. The third time, the upper and lower lines, and the spinous processes on both sides of the neck and thorax 1 and the shoulders and backs with tender points, totaled 6-8.The conventional acupuncture group received 5 days of treatment per week, rested for 2 days, and evaluated the curative effect after 3 weeks of treatment.Refer to the "acupuncture and moxibustion therapy" Wang Qicai version of cervical acupoint selection method, the main point for the Dazhui,Tianzhu,Houxi, neck Jiaji points.Accompanied by the upper limb numbness plus Hegu,Quchi;with dizziness, headache plus Baihui,Temple and Fengchi;and according to the location of the tender point to take the Jianjing,Tianzong and Ashi points. In the final needle-knife treatment group,2 cases were detached and 31 cases completed treatment. The conventional acupuncture group had no shedding and 33 cases completed the treatment. The two groups of patients completed the visual analog scale(VAS table)and Tian Zhong Jing Jiu cervical spondylosis symptoms 20 subscales and perform cervical ROM score. The above three indicators were used to comprehensively evaluate the efficacy of the two groups, and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS statistical software.Results:1.The age,sex ratio, duration of disease, and VAS scores before treatment,Tianzhong Jingji's cervical syndrome score, and ROM scores were statistically analyzed for both groups. The results were all P>0.05.There was no statistically significant difference between the general data of the two groups and the observed indicators before treatment.2.VAS score: On the 21 st day of treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 49 th day of treatment, there was a significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P<0.05),and the VAS score was lower in the needle-knife treatment group. The VAS scores of the two groups at the 21 st and 49 th days compared with the first day were significantly different(P<0.05),and were lower than the VAS scores at the first day.3.Tian Zhong Jing Jiu cervical spondylosis symptoms 20 subscale score: On the 21 st and 49 th days of treatment, there was a significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of the two symptoms in the needle-knife treatment group were higher than those in the conventional acupuncture group. There were significant differences in symptom scores between the two groups on days 21 and 49 and day 1(P<0.05),both of which were higher than the symptom scores on the first day.4.ROM score: On the 21 st and 49 th days of treatment, there was no significant difference in ROM scores between the two groups(P>0.05).In the two groups on the 21 st and 49 th days compared with the first day within the group,ROM scores were significantly different(P <0.05),the scores were lower than the first day.5.Clinical curative effect: On the 21 st day of treatment, there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Needle-knife and acupuncture were effective in improving the pain symptoms of cervical radicular spondylosis, but there was no significant difference between the two groups on the 21 st day.The effect of the needle knife group on the 49 th day was better than that of the conventional acupuncture group.Acupotomy therapy is better for long-term pain relief.2.Needle-knife and acupuncture are effective in improving the symptoms, signs, and working life ability of cervical radicular spondylosis, but needle-knife therapy has more obvious advantages in improving the symptoms, physical signs and working life ability of cervical radicular spondylosis.3.Needle-knife and acupuncture treatment of cervical radicular spondylosis can effectively improve the cervical mobility, and the clinical effect is not obvious.
