Efficacy Of Jiajian Toupu Powder Combined With Balanced Cupping In The Treatment Of Granulomatous Mastitis (abscess Stage)

Study Objectives: this study observed and subtract through pus scattered combined balance cupping of granulomatous mastitis(abscess)the patient's clinical curative effect,which confirmed to add and subtract through pus combined balance cupping the exact curative effect,provide the basis for clinical application.Methods: In accordance with the principle of voluntary and informed consent,60 female patients with granulomatous lobular mastitis(abscess stage)were enrolled in the department of breast of Changde Hospital Affiliated to Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,and the 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Experimental group(30 cases)(adding and subtracting pus powder combined with balanced cupping pot);The control group had 30 cases(steroid alone and traditional small incision drainage and dressing change).One week was used as a course of treatment for both groups,and the changes of symptoms and signs,CRP and recurrence were observed after each course of treatment.Research results: add and subtract through pus scattered combined balance cupping treatment group markedly effective rate and clinical curative effect evaluation quantitative score and oral methylprednisolone combined traditional cut abscess in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the experimental way is better than that of control group,add and subtract through pus scattered combined balance cupping a hormone combined traditional abscess incision to improve granulomatous mastitis(abscess)has better effect to the clinical symptoms;There was statistical significance in improving the inflammatory index C-reactive protein between the two groups(P<0.05).The two groups had significant statistical significance in reducing the recurrence rate,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Research Conclusions:(1)add and subtract through pus,scattered with balance cupping therapy significantly reduces the GM the curative effect of patients with stage(abscess)quantitative integral,significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms and signs,compared with the conventional western medicine treatment is more beneficial.(2)The combination of antiseptic powder and balanced cupping reduced the inflammatory indexes(CRP)of the patients,and had a more significant antiinflammatory effect.(3)Traditional Western medicine treatment has a high recurrence rate after withdrawal,and the combination of combined treatment with subtractive pus powder and balanced cupping has a more obvious advantage in reducing the disease recurrence rate.
