Debridement And Dressing Method Of Granulomatous Mastitis Treatment Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective: This study aims to granulomatous mastitis pathogenic factors analysis, to summarize the curative effect of two different ways of treatment for granulomatous mastitis and to optimize the clinical thinking.Methods: Screening collected from January 2015 to January 2016 by the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine thyroid breast surgery ward clinical data of 60 cases of granulomatous mastitis,using retrospective analysis mode,sorting,registration lists, using Excel The table below summarizes,with a statistical software package SPSS 20.0 data.Two groups of patients relapse rate and degree of satisfaction with the t test,length of stay and hospital costs using the chi-square test.Results: 1. Debridement and dressing method compared to second operation method, the recurrence rate, satisfaction with breast appearance was no significant difference, the lower the cost of treatment group debridement and dressing, but the longer hospital stay. 2. Granulomatous mastitis occurs in parous women, prone age group 26-35 years, the incidence of postpartum time in five years is more, the higher the incidence of autumn. 3. Complained mostly for breast lumps, mostly unilateral disease, lesions often involving multiple quadrants outside the upper quadrant as much. 4. Patients generally no family history. 5. According to their clinical symptoms can be divided into three phases: the mass of(Qi stagnation heat stasis syndrome), abscesses of(toxic heat flaming card), the collapse of the late(positive imaginary evil love card), this case study is mainly abscess patients. 6. External auxiliary Chinese medicine within can shorten treatment time and reduce recurrence.Conclusion: Patients with the disease recurrence rate and degree of two treatments for breast shape no significant difference in satisfaction, debridement and dressing treatment method can save the cost of treatment of patients,but the treatment cycle is relatively long,should be selected according to the patient's own clinical situation different treatment. Select the second surgery group surgical excision of the lesion should be based on the principle of taking into account the patient's prognosis breast appearance.Concurrent treatment should pay attention to the analysis of individual risk factors,people,time,local conditions.After treatment of this disease have a recurrence rate,should pay attention to follow-up observation.
