Observation Of Clinical Curative Effect Of Xianfang Huoming Yin On Yang Syndrome Granulomatous Lobular Mastitis

Objectivity Observe the changes of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP)and interleukin-2(IL-2)levels before and after treatment in patients with positive GLM(granulomatous lobular mastitis)during the treatment of Xianfang Huoming Dcoction,and to discuss the clinical curative effect of Miraculous Dcoction on the phymatoid period of positive syndromes of this disease is convenient for clinical promotion.Methods Sixty patients in the breast department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine who were eligible for a positive tumor mass were randomly divided into three groups: A,B,and C.Group A and B were treated with Xianfang Huoming Dcoction,and group C was given Xi Huang Pill treatment,at the same time,A and C groups were applied to Ruyi Golden Powder.Observe and record the TCM syndrome scores and clinical efficacy before and after treatment in patients with positive GLM during the three groups of drug treatment;record the Level of Hs-CRP and IL-2 in the serum of the three groups before treatment and after two menstrual cycles.Results After treatment,the average score of the syndrome in group A was4.13±2.46,the mean score of syndrome in group B was 5.80±2.84,and the score of mean syndrome in group C was 7.67±3.02.There was no significant difference between groups A and B(P>0.05).= 0.166),A and C,B and C were statistically significant(P = 0.001,0.034,respectively).The total clinical effective rate was90.00% in group A and B,and 65.00% in group C.The difference in treatment effect between the three groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).After treatment,serum Hs-CRP and IL-2 levels were compared in each group.The difference in Hs-CRP values between the three groups was statistically significant(P = 0.017,0.000,0.045,respectively).There was a statistically significant difference between the two values(P = 0.000).Conclusions Xian Fang Huomian Decoction can relieve the pain of breasts inpatients with positive GLM tumor mass and reduce or even fade away;Xian Fang Huomian Decoction can reduce the serum IL-2 level in patients with positive GLM tumor stage,and negatively regulate the overall Hs-CRP The role;Xian Fang Huomian Decoction and Ruyi Golden Scattering with positive GLM tumor inflammatory remission better.
