Analysis Of The Effect Of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction On Early Functional Recovery Of Patients With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome After Total Knee Arthroplasty

Objective: In order to perform total knee arthroplasty(TKA)for patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA),the treatment group was treated with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction,and related indicators were compared,and the effect of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction on early recovery after TKA was evaluated.Impact,so as to provide clinical practice guidance for clinical use of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction to accelerate the rehabilitation of patients.Methods: the dossier of patients with KOA hospitalized in the Department of orthopedics II,Wuyi Hospital of TCM in Jiangmen City from May,2019 to December,2020 were collected.All patients who met the inclusion criteria were given western medicine standard treatment before operation.The treatment group was given Shentong Zhuyu Decoction for 7 days.We tracked and compared the degree of joint swelling,visual analog scale(VAS),CRP and ESR between the two groups at 1,3,7 and 14 days after surgery.At 7 and 14 days after surgery,the American knee score(using the AKS score)And Arthritis Quality of Life Measurement Scale 2-Short Volume(AIMS2 Assessment Table).With a view of evaluating the effect of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction on early recovery of postoperative patients.Results: 1.General data: There were no significant differences in baseline data,lower limb circumference,VAS score,ESR and CRP between the two groups.2.Curative effect indicators:Swelling degree of 10 cm suprapatella: The P values of observation group and control group were 0.023,0.033,0.040 and all were less than 0.05 on the 1st,3rd,7th day after operation,and the difference was comparable.The observation group and the control group P=0.385>0.05 after 14 days,the difference was not comparable.The swelling degree of 10 cm below patella: The P values of 1 and 3 in the two groups were 0.000 <0.05 respectively.The P values of the observation group and the control group on 7th and 14 th day after operation were 0.164 and 0.579,Respectively greater than 0.05,and the difference is not comparable.VAS score: the P values of two groups on the 1st and 3rd day after operation were 0.006 and 0.001,Respectively less than 0.05,and the difference is comparable.The P values of the observation group and the control group on the 7th and 14 th day after operation were 0.829 and 0.821,which were greater than 0.05.and the difference was not comparable.AKS score: Comparing the observation group with the control group on the7 th and 14 th day after operation,the P values were 0.029 and 0.008,both of which were less than 0.05;and the difference was comparable.AIMS2 score: Comparing the scores of the observation group and the control group on the 7th and 14 th day after surgery,the P values were 0.000 and 0.001,both of which were less than 0.05.the difference was comparable.ESR: On the 1st and 3rd day after ESR,the P values of the observation group and the control group were 0.001 and 0.042,respectively.which were less than 0.05.The difference is comparable.The P value of 7 days after operation was 0.749>0.05,the difference was incomparable.CRP: The P values of the two groups were 0.018 and 0.000 on the 1st day and 3rd day after operation,and the difference was comparable.The comparative P value of CRP at 7 days after operation was 0.098>0.05,the difference was not comparable.3.Safety indicators: 2 cases of mild gastrointestinal discomfort occurred in two group during the period of taking the drug,It can be gradually relieved without special treatment.The rest of the patients had no obvious discomfort and allergic reactions during the whole process,and no obvious abnormality in various safety indicators.Conclusion: The combined use of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of Western medicine standard treatment can reduce the pain,swelling and other symptoms of patients after TKA in an early stage,reduce the level of inflammation indicators such as ESR and CRP after surgery,speed up the start time of patients with functional exercise,and enhance joint mobility Function,increase postoperative joint mobility,increase patient satisfaction with life,and promote patient mental health.
