Clinical Study Of Turtle Soup Deer Immortals Rubber Knee Osteoarthritis Early Intervention

Objectives:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Guilu Erxian Glue Decoction on patient with the early knee osteoarthritis.Methods:According to inclusion criteria,62cases of knee osteoarthritis patients in Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of orthopaedics patients.32were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with30cases. The treatment group was given oral Guilu Erxian Glue Decoction, the control group was given diacerein capsule, treatment for12weeks. To observe clinical efficacy before and after treatment by the use of Index of severity for osteoarthritis (ISOA) score and visual analogue scale (VAS)score.Results:The ISOA score, treatment group total effective number of29cases,3cases ineffective, the total efficiency of90.63%, the control group the total effective number of26cases,4cases ineffective, the total efficiency of86.67%, two groups had no significant difference in improving the function of knee joint (P>0.05); VAS score, treatment group total effective a number of30cases,2cases ineffective, the total efficiency of93.75%, the control group the total effective number of29cases,3cases ineffective, the total efficiency of90%, two group in improving the pain of knee joint had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Guilu Erxian Glue Decoction on knee osteoarthritis early intervening treatment、can improve the motor function of patients with joints, relieve the symptoms of pain、compared with Diacerein Capsules,the treatment had no significant difference in curative effect.
