Objective: Evaluate the clinical efficacy of extensive acupuncture on meridian Node in treating the rotator cuff injuries through clinical research,to explore better and more effective methods for treatment of rotator cuff injuries. Methods: 60 subjects with rotator cuff injury were numbered according to the entry time sequence, and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with each 30 cases. Both groups performed self-function exercises,on the basis of self-function exercises, the treatment group received extensive acupuncture on meridian Node, the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture; After treatment 7 and 14 times,Observe two groups data changes of the VAS pain score and CMS shoulder joint score, evaluate whether extensive acupuncture can relief the pain, restricted activities of daily living, and shoulder joint dyskinesia in patients with rotator cuff injury.Results:1.Comparison of the clinical effectiveness of the two groups. After the treatment, the total effective rate of the extensive acupuncture group was93.33%,and the conventional acupuncture group was 66.67%.The difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05));2.Comparison of VAS pain scores between the two groups of patients:Comparing the treatment courses, the VAS pain scores of the two groups gradually decreased as the treatment time was extended, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison between the two groups, after 7 treatments, the two groups data difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 14 treatments, the difference in data between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.3.Comparison of CMS shoulder scores between the two groups of patients: Comparing Comparing the treatment courses, the CMS shoulder scores of the two groups of patients gradually increased as the treatment time was extended, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison between the two groups, after 7 treatment And 14 times, the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Extensive acupuncture on meridian Node can significantly relieve shoulder pain, relieve the limited activities of daily living, relieve shoulder joint dysfunction in patients with rotator cuff injury;2.In the treatment of rotator cuff injury with extensive acupuncture on meridian Node, the therapeutic effect is positively related to the treatment duration.3.Extensive acupuncture on meridian Node can improve the limited movement of the shoulder joint earlier, and has a significant effect on the treatment of rotator cuff injuries, which can be further promoted and used in clinical practice.
