Clinical Study Of Acupotomy For The Treatment Of Rotator Cuff Injury

Objective: Through the reading of the modern literature on the treatment of rotator cuff injury by acupotomy,we draw up the high frequency treatment plan,and then compare it with our current treatment plan for clinical trials,so as to draw the best plan for the treatment of rotator cuff injury.Methods: The literature reading part of the computer retrieval method of China How Net(CNKI),VIP(VIP)and Wanfang(Wanfang Date)in the treatment of rotator cuff injury acupotomologic modern literature reading,and statistics of relevant statistical information and classification of literature.Test screening of rotator cuff damage in 40 cases patients were randomly classified,comprehensive program of acupotomy group in 20 cases,high frequency knife program group 20 cases,1 times every 5 days,15 days for a course of treatment,the Constant-Murley score of shoulder joint shoulder joint function evaluation and statistical analysis.Results:(1)The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 100%,and the recovery rate was 85% and 5%,respectively.(2)Statistical analysis of shoulder joint scores between the treatment group and the control group before treatment,after treatment and 3 months after treatment,it was proved that the two groups had therapeutic effects on rotator cuff injury.The data were statistically analyzed after treatment and 3 months after treatment.There was no difference between the control group P > 0.05,the treatment group P < 0.05 had differences,suggesting that two groups had therapeutic effect on rotator cuff injury,while the treatment group still had improvement in 3 months after treatment.(3)Comparing the treatment group and the control group,there was no difference in P > 0.05 after treatment.After 3 months,the data of P < 0.05 were different,indicating that there was no difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment,but there was difference between 3 months after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: Acupotomy for rotator cuff injury has exact curative effect in the treatment of shoulder joint,shoulder joint and the lubrication and prevention of postoperative adhesions and promote the positive effect of acupotomy recovery,comprehensive therapy therapy is exact,the side effect is small,full of rotator cuff injury recovery has guiding significance,is worthy of promotion.
