Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Danggui Runchang Decoction On Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction Treated By Nasointestinal Obstruction Catheter

Objective:This study is to combine traditional Western medicine to treat intestinal obstruction with traditional Chinese medicine to treat intestinal obstruction,and adopt integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine to treat adhesive intestinal obstruction.Discuss the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction,and use Danggui Runchang Decoction combined with nasal intestinal obstruction catheter to treat adhesive intestinal obstruction and simply use nasal intestinal obstruction catheter to treat adhesive intestinal obstruction.Observe the advantages of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction,design an effective treatment plan.To provide theoretical basis and experimental basis for guiding the clinical treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction and improving the clinical efficacy.Methods:40 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction were collected strictly according to the criteria of case selection and exclusion,and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,Among them,the experimental group: 20 cases were treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with Danggui Runchang Decoction through nasal intestinal obstruction catheter.Control group: 20 cases were treated with simple nasal intestinal obstruction catheter for adhesive intestinal obstruction.The clinical efficacy was analyzed by observing the clinical symptoms and manifestations of each group of patients.Results:The clinical baseline of the experimental group and the control group was consistent.The total effective rate(95.00%)of the experimental group in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.00%).At the same time,by observing the changes of symptoms and signs before and after treatment of the disease,the effect of the experimental group is better.Statistically,the difference between the two is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the simple treatment of nasal intestinal obstruction catheter,Danggui Runchang Decoction combined with nasal intestinal obstruction catheter treatment can have a better effect on patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction due to deficiency of both qi and blood,it can shorten the time of abdominal distension and abdominal pain,anal exhaust and defecation,eating and extubation,and relieve the pain of patients,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
