Clinical Study On Treating Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction Sagnation Of Qi And Blood Stasis With Self Side Purgative Decoction

Purpose： This research observes the clinical curative effect of Changjie Tongxia soupin order to treat adhesive intestinal obstruction，to further discuss the mechanism of action ofChangjie Tongxia soup.Method：60patients were randomly divided into two groups (treatment group&control group). We applied the conventional Western medicine treatment to treat in controlgroup，based on the conventional Western medicine treatment，30patients in treatment groupwere treated by Changjie Tongxia soup，take orally and enema. We systematically observedthe Changjie Tongxia soup sinfluence on the patients’ sings and symptoms，the first exhausttime and the abdomen X gas-liquid plane disappear time.Result： The clinical research results indicated：after the treatment，in treatment group，14cases of clinical cure，7cases markedly effective，effective5cases，invalid4cases，thetotal effective rate was86.7%，in control group，9cases were cured，7cases markedlyeffective，effective6cases，invalid8cases，the total effective rate was73.3%，the treatmentgroup was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01). At the same time，the treatmentgroup in improving the sings and symptoms，the first exhaust time and the abdomen Xgas-liquid plane disappear time were better than the control group(P<0.05or P<0.01).Conclusion： Changjie Tongxia soup is effective and safe on treating adhesive intestinalobstruction，and it is worthy to extensive use.
