| Objective: Observation of the effectiveness of Zixue Runchang soup to rat model of Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction, and to explore its mechanism.Methods: Selection of 60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group, model control group, soapy water group and zixue runchang soup mayonnaise low, medium and high-dose group. In addition to the normal control group, the remaining 10% of adhesion rat model. Zixue Runchang soup can significantly reduce the adhesion of the adhesive grade level lower than the naked eye after making module and the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Zixue Runchang soup can promote functional recovery of gastrointestinal effects, and can effectively control the occurrence of adhesive bowel obstruction. |
