Clinical Research On The Scheme Of Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction With Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective:To confirmed effectiveness of therapy in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine through clinical research.And on the basis of the original clinical practice,we are forward-looking, systematic research, to provide a solid scientific basis for clinical application, the academic content rich.Methods:60 patients with adhesive ileums were divided into observation group which has 30 cases and control group which has 30 cases from Oct.2014to Oct.2015 in the Anhui Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital by Random number. the control group treated by TCM and Western Medicine (mannitol oral or gastric tube injection soap and water enema+western medicine basic therapy), and the control group treated by Western medicine treatment.The symptoms and clinical signs of the two groups improved, imaging changes, exhaust of anus and shit, the total effective rates, the conversion rate, recurrence and safety index were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The symptoms and clinical signs of the two groups improved, imaging changes, exhaust of anus, time of watery stool, the total effective rates, the conversion rate and recurrence showed significant difference (P<0.05). In the control group, total cure rate was 86.7%, recovery rate 40.0%, marked effect 26.7%, effect rate 20.0%, failure rate 13.3%, In the observation, total cure rate was 63.3%, recovery rate 16.7%, marked effect 30.0%, effect rate16.7%, failure rate 36.7%. Time of recurrence was significantly prolonged in the control group.Conclusion:Adhesive ileums treated by TCM and Western Medicine is better than that of simple western medicine treated.It can reduce the recurrence rate, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce hospitalization cost, and it is safe and reliable, worthy of clinical promotion. However due to the quantity and time is limited of the study of, the quality of research needs to be improved, the conclusion still need to more samples of high quality randomized controlled experiments to verify.
