Research On Enuresis In Children Based On The Theory Of Meridians And Viscera And Data Mining

Object:In this paper,by combing the origin and later development of Neijing about enuresis in the theory of channels and viscera,systematically sorting out its core content and clinical application,we constructed the enuresis theory of "Dysfunction of bladder axis of lung spleen kidney(heart and gallbladder)liver Du Sanjiao" in children,guided the data mining of children's enuresis prescriptions,and provided the new formula reference of TCM in clinical diagnosis and treatment of children's enuresis.Methods:1.Review the literature,sort out the origin and development of Neijing about enuresis.2.Through the combination of literature research and statistical analysis,the contents of enuresis in TCM literature and the prescriptions for treating enuresis from Han Dynasty to Qing Dynasty were analyzed.The ancient literatures about enuresis,including the prescriptions for children and adults,are selected in this paper.Referring to the relative theory of prescriptions and syndromes,the prescriptions that conform to the pathogenesis of "Dysfunction of bladder axis of lung spleen kidney(heart and gallbladder)liver Du Sanjiao" are all used as materials for studying the medication rules of enuresis in children.By screening and sorting out the retrieved prescriptions and entering them into the "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform software(v2.50 version)",the results were summarized and analyzed.Statistics of the frequency of drug use,the nature and taste of drugs,analysis of the treatment of infantile enuresis prescription rules and core drugs,get a new prescription.Results:1.Based on the origin and later development of Neijing about enuresis of meridian viscera theory,the author constructs the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment of infantile enuresis "Dysfunction of bladder axis of lung spleen kidney(heart and gallbladder)liver Du Sanjiao".The performance,function characteristics,interrelation,homology and functional coordination of meridian viscera,and pathological interaction of the axis can lead to enuresis,which is mainly caused by bladder Based on"Dysfunction of bladder axis of lung spleen kidney(heart and gallbladder)liver Du Sanjiao",the treatment can restore the function of bladder by regulating qi,blood,Yin and Yang of this axis.2.According to the analysis of 289 prescriptions and 188 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,the ten most frequently used drugs for the treatment of infantile enuresis were:Calcined keel,cuttlebone,Poria cocos,cinnamon,calcined oyster,aconite,Cistanche deserticola,Rehmannia glutinosa,Alpinia oxyphylla,dodder.In the treatment of enuresis,the drugs used by physicians in past dynasties were mainly warm and mild in nature,sweet,bitter and bitter in taste,focusing on the kidney meridian,mainly kidney meridian,spleen meridian,liver meridian and heart meridian.91 groups of commonly used drug pairs were formed by using the module of " analysis of prescription rules",among which 9 groups were used more frequently than 28:Calcined keel,cuttlebone,calcined oyster,cuttlebone,calcined keel,calcined oyster,pilose antler Based on the unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering method,20 core combinations were obtained;10 new formulas were obtained:1.Mulberry cuttlebone,ginseng,Astragalus membranaceus,Cistanche deserticola,Schisandra chinensis,Cistanche deserticola,aconite,Poria cocos,cinnamon,prepared rehmannia glutinosa and cinnamon;Mulberry cuttlebone,dragon bone,oyster,Atractylodes macrocephala;3.Pilose antler,Yizhiren,aconite,Cistanche deserticola;4.Poria New recipe 5:Shudi huangshanzhuyu Niuxi yam Alisma Moutan peel;new recipe 6:Cnidium monnieri,Rosa laevigata,Cynanchum songyangyushi Qiushi;new recipe 7:dodder,Cistanche,Schisandra chinensis,leek and Eucommia ulmoides Oliv;new recipe 8:Huanglian,jineijinpuhuang and Chicken Intestines;new recipe 9:Chuanwu,Psoralea,toosendan,raspberry,Morinda officinalis,Chengjia;new recipe 10:Cimicifuga Radix Angelicae sinensis,Radix Astragali,radix ginseng,Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Glycyrrhizae.Conclusion:1.The theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment of enuresis in children with "Dysfunction of bladder axis of lung spleen kidney(heart and gallbladder)liver Du Sanjiao" emphasizes the importance of syndrome differentiation of pediatric viscera.The occurrence of enuresis in children is related to the balance of this axis,but the relationship between kidney and bladder is the most close.Bladder and kidney meridian viscera interact with each other,and children's kidney is often deficient.2.From the perspective of drug use,ancient doctors paid attention to the combination of cold and warm,and the combination of sweet and warm,and took care of the Qi of spleen and kidney.They mainly used warm and flat drugs,as well as sweet,spicy and bitter drugs,and mainly treated by three channels of kidney,spleen and liver.From the treatment characteristics,ancient doctors mainly used fixed food and tonifying deficiency,and assisted with removing pathogenic factors.The astringent drugs were mainly used to forge keel and oyster;the tonifying drugs were mainly used to supplement kidney yang,and cinnamon,aconite and Cuscuta were used in combination with Cistanche,yizhi kernel,antler and the yellow,ginseng and Astragalus for Yin,nourishing Yin,nourishing yin and clearing heat;through the common use of residual urine for children The drug association rules analysis shows that the composition of the prescription(cuttlebone,Cuscuta,oyster,keel,Cistanche and aconite)is similar to that of cuttlebone powder and Cuscuta powder.Therefore,the author thinks that the combination is the basic combination of treatment for children's residual urine.3.The new formula obtained by unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm is mainly composed of warming spleen and tonifying kidney,nourishing yin and clearing heat,nourishing heart and calming mind,and fixing bladder.For example,new formula 5 and new formula 10 are the core components of Liuwei Dihuang pill and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.
