Theory And Applied Research Of The Relationship Between Hair And Organ

Research purposes:Using theoretical research and statistical data mining methods,the ancient Chinese literature on hair and the modern literature on alopecia treatment in Chinese medicine journals in the past 40 years are collated and summarized,and the theoretical basis and clinical application of hair and internal organs are explored,and the conclusion is drawn.The dialectical treatment of alopecia in clinical practice and the regular understanding of prescriptions and medications have important guiding significance for enriching and improving the connotation of the Tibetan elephant theory centered on the five internal organs,and provide a certain theoretical basis for clinical treatment of alopecia.Data and methods:1.Using theoretical research methods,the traditional Chinese medical literature about hair was collected,and the viscera and meridian were classified respectively,and the physiological and pathological analysis were carried out to explore the theoretical basis of ears and viscera.2.Collected nearly 40 years of literature on tinnitus from the ll-text databaseof CNKI journals.The Chinese medicine literature that meets the inclusion criteria will be established.Excel software and SPSS software are used to establish a database and perform frequency analysis and correlation Analysis and cluster analysis.Results:1.The physiology and pathology of hair are closely related to the five internal organs.The organs transmit the essence and blood to the skin and orifices through the meridians and blood vessels,nourish and moisten the hair of the whole body,and make it tough and shiny.The hair is attached to the muscle surface,which can adjust the body temperature and assist the touch.When the Qi and blood body fluid of the viscera is full and the function is harmonious,the hair will be strong,lustrous and responsive;when the Qi and blood of the viscera is insufficient and the function is unbalanced,the hair will be slow and withered.The kidney stores essence,the main bone generates marrow,and its bloom is in the hair.The essence of Qi is stored in the kidney.Hair is the essence of the kidney,which can detect the rise and fall of the kidney;The heart controls the blood and "hair is the rest of blood".Whether the Qi and blood are sufficient directly affects the growth and withering of the hair;the heart stores the spirit,the heart controls the spirit,the spirit is injured,and the Qi mechanism is not smooth,which will also affect the growth and survival of the hair.Heart,kidney,essence and blood are mutually generated,spirit is mutually used,and jointly contribute to the health of hair.The lung is mainly for fur,Qi,breath,lung qi,foot,and air,and then the skin is firm and the hair is long.The lung is in charge of the whole body's Qi and blood.Qi is the commander of blood.Blood is the mother of Qi.The hair is the blood and the hair is raised together.Spleen and stomach are the foundation of the day after tomorrow,which can transport and transform the essence of water and grain.The blood essence is homologous,and the blood is the hair.The function of spleen and stomach influences the growth and decline of hair.The liver stores blood,the body Yin and uses Yang,which mainly dredges and smoothes the Qi mechanism of the whole body.Liver blood is sufficient,Qi is smooth,hair is glossy,not easy to fall off.The liver can regulate the opening and closing of hair follicles in combination with the lung,thus affecting the firmness of hair and skin.Pathologically,abnormal viscera and meridians all cause alopecia.2.From the analysis of drug frequency,we can see that:The main drugs for hair loss are liver,kidney,spleen,lung and stomach.In taste,spicy,sweet and bitter are accounted for the main part.According to the theory of liver and kidney,the treatment of alopecia mainly includes four syndromes: deficiency of liver and kidney yin,deficiency of liver blood,stagnation of liver qi and dampness heat of liver and gallbladder;according to the theory of liver,the main drugs are: Polygonum multiflorum,angelica,radix rehmanniae,Ligusticum Chuanxiong,Ligustrum lucidum,dryland lotus,dodder,wolfberry,raw rehmannia,Radix Paeoniae Alba,salvia,liquorice,Poria,Astragalus and Platycladus orientalis Leaves,mulberry,black sesame,Gastrodia elata,notopterygium root,papaya.Most of them are liver,kidney and spleen meridians;the treatment of alopecia from the spleen mainly includes two major syndromes,namely,the syndrome of dampness and heat accumulating in the spleen and the syndrome of spleen deficiency;when the treatment is from the spleen,the main drugs are: licorice,Polygonum multiflorum,white peony,angelica,Codonopsis pilosula,astragalus,cinnamon,black sesame,Atractylodes Rhizoma Atractylodes,Ligusticum chuanxiong,wolfberry,bitter ginseng,oyster,prepared rehmannia,cypress kernel,Chinese date,bergamot,tuckahoe,Platycodon grandiflorum and Amomum.Meridian tropism focuses on the spleen,heart and liver meridians;the treatment of alopecia from the heart mainly includes three syndromes,namely,deficiency of heart blood,stagnation of brain collaterals and deficiency of heart Yang;the main drugs are angelica,Ligusticum chuanxiong,liquorice,white peony,Polygonum multiflorum,Poria cocos,red flower,Astragalus,rehmannia,Atractylodes Rhizoma,salvia,bupleurum,red peony,Codonopsis pilosula,peach kernel,wolfberry,Ligustrum lucidum lucidum,mulberry,Chinese date Rehmannia glutinosa.It mainly belongs to liver,spleen and heart meridian.The treatment of alopecia from the perspective of lung mainly includes four syndromes,namely,lung qi deficiency,lung yin deficiency,Yingwei disharmony and wind heat attacking lung syndrome.According to the lung treatment,the main drugs are: licorice,Polygonum multiflorum,white peony,angelica,Codonopsis pilosula,astragalus,Cinnamon Twig,black sesame,Atractylodes macrocephala,Ligusticum chuanxiong,wolfberry,Sophora flavescens,oyster,cooked rehmannia,baiziren,jujube,bergamot,tuckahoe,Platycodon grandiflorum and amomum.They mainly return to the spleen,liver and heart meridians.The first 20 drugs for hair loss were: Polygonum multiflorum,angelica,rehmannia,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Poria,Ligustrum lucidum,raw rehmannia,liquorice,Eclipta,wolfberry,dodder,white peony,astragalus,Salvia mil,mulberry,Platycladus orientalis,Atractylodes macrocephala,black sesame,Alisma,Codonopsis pilosula.3.The analysis of drug use frequency shows that: the total number of flavors is 265;the total frequency is 7604 times.The top 20 frequently used drugs for oral treatment of alopecia are Angelica(535 times),Polygonum multiflorum(507 times),Rehmannia glutinosa(465 times),Lycium barbarum(421 times),Ligusticum chuanxiong(348 times),Paeonia alba(312 times),Poria Cocos(284 times),astragalus(204 times)and Atractylodes macrocephala(202 times),Codonopsis pilosula(182 times),Eclipta(172 times),Danshen(169 times),Ligustrum lucidum(151 times),Platycladus orientalis(139 times),Rehmannia glutinosa(130 times),liquorice(106 times),dodder(89 times),mulberry(74 times),black sesame(75 times),Alisma(50 times).The cumulative frequency was 4615,accounting for 60.7% of the total frequency according to the analysis of related drug use,the supporting degree is more than 7% and the confidence degree is more than 50%.There were 58 groups of first-order related drugs,among which 35 groups had a confidence level greater than 60%;429 groups had a confidence level greater than 80%.Conclusion:1.Theoretical research shows that the hair of TCM is not only closely related to the kidney and liver,but also related to other organs.The kidney hides the essence,which mains the hair;the spleen and stomach,angers the blood,nourishes the hair;the liver,regulates the hair,qi and ventilates the hair;the heart hides the heart,the main blood,which sends to the hair;The lungs are hidden,the main energy is vital,and the hair and veins are nourished.This completes the theories of hair and internal organs of traditional Chinese medicine.2.From the frequency analysis,we can see that the Causes of alopecia can be summarized as the liver and kidney deficiency,with both deficiency and excess syndrome,as well as deficient root with overdo superficial liver's disability to store the blood,the kidney's disability to store the essence,as well as qi,blood and essence deficiency,ultimately leading to alopecia.Accordingly,for the treatment.one should apply nourishing method as base for syndrome differentiation.3.According to the theory of five zang organs,there are different ways and methods for treating hair loss due to different disease location,pathogenesis,syndromes,but the combination of core drugs is mainly composed of liver and kidney,yin and blood nourishing drugs,Pay attention to the balance of liver and kidney function,nourishing yin and blood,fully reflect the dialectical treatment of the same disease and different treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,as well as the specific application of the theory of five zang organs as the center of the whole in clinical.4.According to the theory of five zang organs,there are different ways and methods for treating hair loss due to different disease location,pathogenesis,syndromes,but the combination of core drugs is mainly composed of liver and kidney,yin
