Research purposes:Using theoretical research and statistical data mining methods,the ancient Chinese literature on ears and the modern literature on tinnitus treatment in Chinese medicine journals in the past 40 years are collated and summarized,and the theoretical basis and clinical application of ears and internal organs are explored,and the conclusion is drawn.The dialectical treatment of tinnitus in clinical practice and the regular understanding of prescriptions and medications have important guiding significance for enriching and improving the connotation of the Tibetan elephant theory centered on the five internal organs,especially related theories,and provide a certain theoretical basis for clinical treatment of tinnitus.Data and methods:1.Using theoretical research methods,the traditional Chinese medical literature about ears was collected,and the viscera and meridian were classified respectively,and the physiological and pathological analysis were carried out to explore the theoretical basis of ears and viscera.2.Collected nearly 40 years of literature on tinnitus from the full-text database,Wanfang database,and Weipu database of CNKI journals.The Chinese medicine literature that meets the inclusion criteria will be established.Excel software and “R”software are used to establish a database and perform frequency analysis and correlation Analysis and cluster analysis.Results:1.The ears mainly include ears,ear wheels,eardrops,ear doors,ear holes,etc.,which have the function of listening to the main balance.Physiologically,the kidney hides essence,dominates the growth and development of the ear,the main fluid of the kidney,infusion of ear fluid,kidney yin,kidney yang,warming the ear,the ear is the kidney,and the ear can diagnose the kidney's prosperity.Supervise the sense of hearing and balance of the ears,the main blood of the heart,support the ears,help them run Qi and blood to maintain the function of the ears,the heart and kidney are interspersed with each other,and the spirit is interoperable to nourish the ears;It can be used to nourish the ear veins,transport the spleen to the ears,transfer the water and grains to the ears,adjust the balance of the ears and fluids,the spleen to rise,the stomach to fall,the ascending to clear the turbidity,and keep the ears clear and clear;The ear-Qi machine runs through the skin,Poria,Zexie,magnet,Medlar,Rhododendron,Cuscuta,etc.The meridian focuses on kidney,liver,and heart.The medicine is mild in temperature,and the taste is mainly sweet and bitter.The treatment of tinnitus from the liver theory mainly includes the syndrome of liver fire flaming,liver stagnation and qi stagnation,and liver dysfunction.The main drugs are Bupleurum,Rhododendron,Amaranth,Amaranth,Gardenia,Atractylodes,Gentian,Licorice,Raw Rehmannia,Angelica,etc.The drug Meridian focuses on liver,heart,and spleen.The medicine is cold,and the taste is mainly bitter and sweet.The treatment of tinnitus from the spleen mainly includes deficiency of spleen qi,dampness and heat spleen,and deficiency of spleen and yang.The main drugs are completes the theories of ears and internal organs of traditional Chinese medicine.2.From the frequency analysis,we can see that the treatment of tinnitus from the five internal organs should first identify the deficiency and reality.The deficiency and syndromes are mostly treated from the kidney and the spleen,mainly including kidney yin deficiency and spleen qi deficiency.Tongqiao Cong ear drugs;the evidence mostly treats the liver,heart,and lungs,mainly including cardioplegia,liver flaming,and lungs caused by wind and heat,etc.,commonly used to promote blood circulation,clearing liver
