Research On The Prescription Medication Rule Of Ephedra-containing Prescriptions In The Treatment Of Infantile Enuresis Based On Literature

Objective:By collecting modern literature on the recipe containin ephedr fortreing enuresis in children,and summarizing the medication rules of the recipe containing ephedra in treating children's enuresis,it provides ideas for clinicians to use the recipe containing ephedra to treat pediatric enuresis.Methods:Searched through the electronic platform of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine library,using the three major databases of China Journal Network Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and Weipu Chinese Journal Service Platform as the document source,collected from January 2010 to February 2020 during the period,the relevant literatures on the treatment of enuresis in children with ephedra,based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the literature,screened the qualified literature to establish a Microsoft Excel database,used SPSS related statistical software,used frequency analysis,cluster analysis,correlation analysis,percentile method and other methods to summarize the prescription rules of the recipe containing ephedra for children with enuresis,and analyze the dosage of single-flavor ephedra.Results:1.74 articles were qualified for the initial screening,and 47 articles were finally included,including 22 articles containing ephedra in the main prescription,11 articles combining ephedra with prescriptions,and 14 articles with no prescription name.2.A total of 29 real-name prescriptions were included,with a total of 35 uses,of which Maxing Shigan Decoction was used the most,followed by Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction,Tu Sizi Powder,Sanren Decoction,and Pill for Decreasing Urination.There are 14 prescriptions without the name of the prescription,which contain Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Pill for Decreasing Urination,Rehmanniae Decoction of Six Ingredients,Sang Piaoxiao Powder and other components.3.A total of 96 drugs were included,and the total frequency of drug use was 557 times.The high-frequency drugs with a frequency of more than 10 times were counted for a total of 16 flavors,of which Ephedra was used the most,a total of 47 times,followed by Mantis Egg Case,Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae,34 times and 31 times,followed by Common Yam Rhizome,Liquorice Root,Malaytea Scurfpea Fruit,Milkvetch Root,Dodder Seed,Acorus Tatarinowii,Largehead Atractylodes Rh,Palmleaf Raspberry Fruit,Cherokee Rose Fruit,Chinese Magnoliavine Fruit,Indian Bread,Asiatic Ornelian Cherry Fruit,Tangshen.The statistical drug efficacy classification has a total of 15 categories,of which Tonifying and Replenishing Medicinal is used the most,a total of27 times,followed Byexterior-effusing Formula and Heat-clearing Medicinal,the number of uses is 14 and 11 times,followed by Astringent Medicinal,Diuretics for Eliminating Dampness,Phlegm-relieving Cough and Asthma Medicine,Sedatives and Tranquilizers,Aromatic Damp-resolving Drug,Qi-regulating Medicinal,InteriorWarming Medicinal,Digestive Formula,the other drugs,Blood-activating Formula,Orifice-opening Medicinal,Pinggan Xifeng Medicine.Cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs by SPSS Statistic 25.0,the following 5 clustering formulas were obtained:Mantis Egg Case-Ephedra-Common Yam Rhizome-fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae,Acorus Tatarinowii,Liquorice Root,Chinese Magnoliavine Fruit-Palmleaf Raspberry Fruit-Tangshen-Cherokee Rose Fruit-Largehead Atractylodes Rh-Asiatic Cornelian Cherry Fruit-Indian Bread,Milkvetch Root-Dodder Seed-Malaytea Scurfpea Fruit.Correlation analysis of high-frequency drugs through SPSS Modeler 18.0,setting the support degree to 15% and the confidence level to 80%.The drug combinations with 20 or more times of screening are a total of 29 groups,including 14 groups of 2drugs,12 groups of 3 drugs,3 groups of 4 drugs.Among them,the combination of Mantis Egg Case-Ephedra appears the most,followed by Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae-Ephedra,Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae-Mantis Egg Case,Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae and Ephedra-Mantis Egg Case.4.A total of 47 doses of ephedra were included,using " Ephedra" 27 times,"honey Ephedra" 2 times,"raw Ephedra" 5 times,and "burning Ephedra" 13 times.The maximum dose of Ephedra was 15 g,the minimum dose was 1g,the average dose and the usual dosage is 6g,and the usual dosage range is 3~10g.Conclusion:1.The ephedra-containing prescriptions for treating enuresis in children are mostly self-made or empirical prescriptions.The majority of the drug composition comes from Sang Piaoxiao Powder,Tu Sizi Powder,Pill for Decreasing Urination,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.Classic prescriptions containing ephedra are Maxing Ganshi Decoction and Mahuang Fuzi Xixing Decoction.2.In terms of the types of drugs,Tonifying and Replenishing medicinal,Astringent Medicinal are mainly used.Commonly used drugs are Mantis Egg Case,Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae,Common Yam Rhizome,Liquorice Root,Malaytea Scurfpea Fruit,Milkvetch Root,etc.Cluster analysis and correlation analysis both confirmed that Ephedra,Mantis Egg Case,and Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae have a higher degree of clinical use.3.Most of the disease is treated with raw Ephedra,the usual dose is 3~10g;there is a significant difference between the maximum dose and the minimum dose.
