Research On The Construction Of Training Index System For TCM Encephalopathy Specialist Nurses

Objectives(1)Investigate and analyze the related needs of the training and management of encephalopathy specialist nurses in the second and above Chinese medicine hospitals in Hunan Province.(2)The Delphi method is used to construct a training index system for TCM encephalopathy specialist nurses to provide guidance for the training of TCM encephalopathy specialist nurses in Hunan Province.Methods(1)Self-made "Questionnaire for Training Needs of Specialized TCM Brain Disease Nurses" through literature review and group discussions,and used the questionnaire method to interview 387 encephalopathy nurses from a number of second-level and above TCM hospitals on the training methods and content of training courses for TCM encephalopathy specialist nurses.Need to investigate,analyze and clarify the needs for training of nurses in the TCM encephalopathy department.(2)According to the survey results and literature review,a draft of the expert consultation questionnaire was formed,and the Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of correspondence inquiries to 21 experts,and the opinions and correspondence results of the experts were sorted and data analyzed to form the final training indicators for TCM encephalopathy specialist nurses system.(3)The constructed TCM encephalopathy specialist nurse training index system includes 5 first-level items,16 second-level items,and 78 third-level items.Among them,the first-level items are mainly training objectives,training content,training methods and curriculum settings,training assessment methods,and training selection conditions.Results(1)Survey results:(1)Training mode selection: 53.5‰ of the encephalopathy nurses choose part-time training;40.6‰ think that the training period of 8-12 weeks is more reasonable;(2)Teaching method selection: Operation exercises(94.3‰),case analysis(91.2‰),and video explanations(84.2‰)accounted for more;(3)Requirements for training course content: The needs for training of encephalopathy nurses are generally at a relatively high level,with(4.44±0.53)points.Among them,the course content of "Stroke Diagnosis and Nursing" has the highest level of demand for training,with(4.73±0.55)points.The content requirement level of the course "Diagnostic Nursing with Abnormal Market Emotions" is the lowest with(4.11±0.69)points.The influencing factors of the content requirements of the training courses were analyzed.In terms of single factor analysis,the needs of the modules of "specialist disease dialectical care" and "self-development" modules are related to the working years of the encephalopathy department,hospital level,education and professional title;"specialist nursing The requirements of the " Technology " module are related to the working years and professional titles of the encephalopathy department;the requirements of the " Traditional Chinese Medicine Special Nursing Technology " module are related to the working years of the encephalopathy department,the hospital level and the professional title(all P<0.05).In terms of multiple stepwise regression analysis,educational background,hospital level and professional title have a linear regression relationship with the demand for " specialist disease dialectical nursing ";educational background has a linear regression relationship with the demand for " specialty nursing technology ";hospital level and working years have a linear regression relationship with the " characteristic traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology " " Demand has a linear regression relationship;education,working years,and hospital level have a linear regression relationship with the demand for "self-development"(all P<0.05).(2)Expert letter enquiry results:The recovery rates of the two rounds of expert letter questionnaires were 100% and 95.3% respectively;the two rounds of expert authority coefficients were 0.91 and 0.92 respectively;the Kendall's W for the first,second,and third-level items in the first round were 0.224,0.260,0.231,P<0.05,Kendall's W of the first,second,and third level items in the second round were 0.246,0.279,0.260,P<0.05.The weights of the first-level items from high to low are training content(0.3612),training objectives(0.2524),training methods and curriculum(0.1764),training assessment(0.1238),training selection conditions(0.086)Conclusion(1)The demand of TCM encephalopathy nurses for training of TCM encephalopathy specialist nurses is generally at a relatively high level,and the demand for training content is affected by factors such as working years,hospital level,education and professional title.(2)The training index system for TCM encephalopathy specialist nurses based on status survey and Delphi method includes training objectives,training content,training methods and curriculum settings,training assessment methods,and training selection conditions.The selection of experts by correspondence is reasonable,with good enthusiasm,high degree of authority and coordination,and expert opinions tend to be unanimous.The item weight of the TCM encephalopathy specialist nurse training index system objectively shows the importance of items at all levels,and the results are reliable and can be used for The next step is to implement the training of TCM encephalopathy specialist nurses to provide scientific guarantee.
