Construction And Implementation Of Training Program For Traditional Chinese Medicine Oncology Specialist Nurses

Objective:Through scientific research and practice to construct a training program for Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Oncology specialist nurses with outstanding special characteristic,scientific,practical and comprehensive.For the training of Traditional Chinese medicine Oncology specialist nurses,as well as to establish a training base for traditional Chinese medicine oncology nurses to provide a scientific basis for reference.Methods:1.Training program construction,application of literature review,interview method to collect information and expert's advice,Preliminary draft traditional Chinese medicine Oncology specialist nurses training plan.The Delphi method is used for expert consultation,after two rounds of expert consultation to amend the training program of TCM oncology specialist nurses.Use superiority chart to calculate the weight of the first-level index in the training program index system,and then using the combined weight to calculate the second-level and third-level index weights.2.The practice of training program,According to TCM Oncology specialist nurses training programs to determine the timing,set the curriculum,preparation of teaching materials,formulating the assessment content and methods.According to the inclusion criteria,nurses are selected to participate in the training.The training time is 3 months and the total class time is 320 hours.including,theoretical training 160 hours and clinical practice 160 hours.The training combines semi-fulltime learning with self-study.Before and after the training,two examinations were conducted.The assessment content was theoretical knowledge and clinical practice ability,and the examination method was written test and objective structured clinical examination.In this study,a comparative analysis was conducted on the performance of nurses before and after the Controlled trials.3.Data statistical analysis,use the statistical software Epidata3.0 to establish a database for data entry and sorting,the use of statistical software SPSS19.0 statistical analysis of the data.Results:1.After two rounds of consultation and revision,the training program of TCM Oncology specialist nurses was completed.The training program consists of three parts:the selection criteria of TCM oncology specialist nurses,the training target of TCM oncology specialist nurses,and the indicator system of training programs for TCM oncology specialist nurses.The system includes 4 first-level indicators,10 three-level indicators and 35 three-level indicators.2.Expert Consultation Results: In this study,13 experts from clinical nursing,clinical medicine,nursing management and nursing education were selected for consultation.The average age of experts was 45.15 ? 5.24 years;the average working life was24.31 ? 6.03 years.After two rounds of expert consultation,the experts' active process is100%,and the experts are highly motivated to study.The expert authority coefficient is0.780,familiar coefficient is 0.923,and judgment coefficient is 0.851,?0.7,indicating that the experts are familiar with the research content.The first round of expert consultation coefficient of variation ranged from 0.077-0.320 and 95.38% in line with the screening index,the second round of consultation coefficient of variation experts ranged from0.000-0.166,and the screening index was 100.00%.After two rounds of consultation and revision,The expert coordination coefficient approaches 0.5,which is 0.490,0.452 and0.400 respectively,and the difference of P<0.001 is statistically significant,indicating that the experts are more consistent after two rounds of consultation.The weight of the first-level,TCM nursing knowledge 0.185,TCM oncology nursing knowledge 0.340,professional development skills 0.135,professional skills 0.340.3.Training practice results: The total screening of 30 nurses to participate in traditional Chinese medicine oncology nurse training,the average age of 31.75 ? 4.43 years,the average working life of 8.73?4.76 years,among which 96 percent were senior nursing.TCM Oncology specialist nurses training before and after the test scores show that the theoretical knowledge of the training before the training is divided into an average of50.00 ? 5.26 points,the passing rate was 23.33%.average score was 84.82 ? 4.13 after training,the passing rate was 100.00%,P<0.001 The difference was statistically significant,indicating that nurses can improve their theoretical knowledge through training.The average score of clinical practice ability test before training was 59.41?9.05 points,with a passing rate of 56.67% and an average of 86.21?6.27 points after training,with a pass rate of 100.00%.The difference of P<0.001 was statistically significant,indicating that through training Can significantly improve the level of clinical practice ability.Conclusion:This study adopts the literature review method,interview method,Delphi method and other scientific research methods to construct the training program of TCM oncology specialist nurses.The feasibility of the training program was tested through specialist nurse training.The results of the research show that the training program of TCM oncology specialist nurses,specialist,comprehensive and practical.It can be used as the scientific reference for the later training of TCM oncology specialist nurses.
