Study On The Evaluation Index System Of Training Of The Clinical Nurse Specialist In ICU

Objective: The training of nurse specialist in ICU is still at the initial stage in China, and there is lack of the research of the evaluation on the training of nurse specialist in ICU, this study intends to set up a scientific,objective,comprehensive,quantitative and qualitative of the evaluation index system of the training of nurses specialist in ICU, in line with current China's basic national condition. Methods: In this study, there were three round of questionnaires consult for 26 experts from different fields by the Delphi method and the Analytic hierarchy process, then according to expert advices to screen and to determine the indicators of the evaluation index system of the training of nurses specialist in ICU. Determined the matrix structure by Using two different methods, determined the weight of index levels by calculation, and tested the logical consistency. Results: The effective recovery rate of three rounds of questionnaires had reached more than 87.5 percent, the coefficient of authority of experts on the evaluation index was above 0.90, while the single (total) consistency test of index system meet the requirements of the logical consistency, which indicated the weight of all of the index were scientific and objective.Finally established 4 frist-class indexes, 9 second-class indexes, 29 third-class indexes, which consist in the evaluation index system of training of nurses specialist in ICU. Discussion: It is the core of the training of nurses specialist that improving the ability of clinical practice of nurses specialist in ICU. Enhancing this capability must be trained standardly,systematically training depot which is approved.At present, because of the impact of the training system, which result in training bases network has not formed. Therefore, it was comply with the requirements of the times and urgently needed that the establishment of a scientific, standardized evaluation index system of training of nurses specialist in ICU. There is significant and far-reaching significance to strengthen the training of nurses specialist in ICU, ensure the quality of the training of nurses specialist in ICU, then enhance the quality of the entire medical team.
