Satisfaction Evaluation Of The Elderly Under The Mode Of Combining Medical Care And Health Care By Baotou Elderly Care Institutions

Along with the progress of human society and the development of science and technology,the problem of aging population has become increasingly prominent and has become a common challenge facing human society in the 21 st century.Traditional family care for the aged is not compatible with the needs of the current national development.Therefore,what kind of elderly care mode should be established to ensure the medical and health needs of the aged above 60 years old and truly solve the challenges and problems faced in the support of the elderly population has become the focus of attention in our country and society.Three problems-aging and senility of population,family miniaturization,have a magnifying effect.As a result,the old age support has become a major social problem to be solved urgently.Based on such practical needs,the combination of medical and health care came into being.There are different positioning of medical and nursing care in different models of the projects of combining medical care with nursing care.This paper mainly studies the satisfaction of the aged people in the pension agency in the nursing care mode in the project of combining medical care with nursing care.In this paper,the satisfaction evaluation of the elderly under the mode of combination of medical and health care by Baotou Elderly Care Institution are studied and evaluated to provide reference opinions and suggestions for the development of the mode.In this paper,through a large number of literature studies,the researches and discussions about the meaning,mode,development status,existing problems and countermeasures of the combination of medical and health care by domestic and overseas scholars were understood.he current situation of the development of the combination of medical treatment with health care of Baotou elderly care institutions were understood.Due to the different health conditions and the needs of health care of the aged people,in this article,the five aspects-the quality awareness,value perception,hardware facilities,the degree of satisfaction and recognition are measured,and feasible questionnaire are formulated,and the satisfaction of the aged people who participate in institutions of the combination of medical and health care are surveyed on the spot.The empirical studies found that the value perception has the greatest impact on the satisfaction of the elderly.The development of medical and health care institutions in Baotou is restricted by the economic ability of the aged and the imperfect payment system.There is a positive correlation between institutional hardware facilities and the satisfaction of the elderly people.Improving the service quality of institutions can improve the satisfaction of the elderly.The service quality of institutions is mainly reflected in four aspects,namely daily cooking,medical care,spiritual comfort and personnel quality.In addition to qualitative analysis,the structured interviews with relevant people in charge,experts and the elderly have found that the care concept for the elderly,government functions and the status of the employees are related to the satisfaction of the elderly.In the final,this paper puts forward several suggestions for the development of the pension agency combining medical care with nursing care.We should perfect and standard the long-term care insurance mechanism,improve the institutional facilities,optimize the institutional environment and service standard,enhance the service quality,update the ideas,improve personnel training to give play to their advantages.It is hoped that this study can provide theoretical basis and practical basis for the elderly service industry in Baotou.This paper hopes to provide some guidance for the implementation of the combination of medical care and nursing in Baotou.
