With the development of mobile technology,the research on M-health management has been paid more and more attention in the world.M-health management refers to providing users with healthy services and information transmission through advanced mobile communication and Internet technology,among which M-health management APPs are the main component.M-health management APPs are a kind of technological innovation.Users can use M-health management services anytime and anywhere,which transcends the obstacles of geography,time and even organization implementation.M-health management APPs play an important role in pre-diagnosis,online consultation,chronic disease management,prevention and control of infectious diseases,etc.“Chunyu Doctor” is a leader APP in the field of M-health management.It's has great advantage in downloading.However,the development of M-health management APPs,including “Chunyu Doctor”,are not well developed.The bottleneck of health management Apps development is low continuous use intention.The research took “Chunyu Doctor” App as a case,explored the influence factors of the continuous use of mobile health management App users.Literature analysis,Questionnaire survey,statistical analysis,model analysis and other research methods were mix used.The research had both theoretical and management significance.From the perspective of theoretical,based on the TAM model,UTAUA model,ECM model,the study enriched the theory of users' intention of continuous use.From the perspective of management,the study helped “Chunyu Doctor” APP to better understand the user's intention of continuous use.The study also helped APPs designers to identify key objects and functions.The main contents of this thesis conclude the following:(1)Intention of continuous use model of “Chunyu Doctor” were constructed,and seven research hypotheses were proposed too.The model included eight control variables: gender,age,education background,occupation,income,family status,use time and use frequency,and eight experimental variables: perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,social impact,perceived cost,use pleasure feeling,perceived risk,user's satisfaction and user's intention of continuous use.(2)The questionnaire was distributed,and the data was collected through presurvey and formal survey.In the pre-survey stage,a preliminary questionnaire was designed,and 100 volunteers were recruited to fill in the questionnaire offline,and the reliability of the pre-survey data was analyzed.In the formal research stage,according to the professional suggestions of the managers and staffs of “Chunyu Doctor” APP,the pre-survey questionnaire was modified and the online formal questionnaire was filled on “Chunyu Doctor” APP,and 521 valid questionnaires were finally recovered.The data was analyzed by SPSS,including descriptive statistics,reliability and validity analysis and correlation analysis.(3)The model was constructed and Amos software was used to test and analyze the model.At last,the research hypotheses were verified,in the meantime whether the user's satisfaction variable had intermediary effect and was analyzed.The results are as follows:(1)According to the demographic characteristics of the questionnaire,“Chunyu Doctor” has a large proportion of women,a large proportion of users aged 18-34,a large proportion of highly educated people,a large proportion of company or enterprise staff,a large proportion of middle-income people,and a large proportion of children's minors.The majority of users use it more than one year,and the majority of users use it 1-4 times a month.(2)Perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,social impact,and use pleasure feelings have significant positive effects on user's satisfaction.Perceived costs and perceived risks don't have a significant negative impact on user's satisfaction.User's satisfaction has a significant positive impact on the intention of continuous use.(3)User's satisfaction plays an intermediary role in the influence of user's intention of continuous use.
