Objective: in this study, the current incentive status of family doctors was analyzed.By constructing a structural equation model, the dominant factors and potential factors that may affect the current incentive status of family doctors were discussed, and the mechanism of action was analyzed to clarify the paths that affect the current incentive status of family doctors.Method: In this study,26 primary medical institutions in a provincial capital city were selected as survey sites.Family doctors in 26 primary medical institutions were sampled conveniently.A total of 503 family doctors were included in the study.Using self-designed questionnaires,a total of 503 questionnaires were distributed, and 472 valid questionnaires were retrieved, with an effective rate of 93.8%.Descriptive analysis of socio-demographic characteristics, using independent T-test,one-way analysis of variance,to compare family doctor incentive total scores and different dimensions scores under demographic characteristics.Drawing on "ERG" theory and integrating previous studies,a structural equation model is established. Results: More than half of the primary medical institutions organized by the government in this survey. There are more female doctors than male doctors in the family doctors. The age group is mainly 18-45 years old.The education level is mostly undergraduate and college for professional training. The title structure is mainly junior. Most family doctors are not included in the establishment. The results of one-way analysis and independent T test showed that factors such as age, professional title, occupation(professional category),and length of work were statistically significant(P <0.05).The fitting and evaluation of the constructed structural equation model is reasonable. In the constructed structural equation model, the path coefficients between the quality of life factors, interpersonal relationship factors, growth and development factors, and incentive effects were statistically significant(P <0.05).The quality of life factors, interpersonal relationship factors, and growth and development factors all have direct or indirect impacts on the incentive effect.According to the size of the total effect of influence, they were ranked as quality of life factors(0.421),interpersonal relationship factors(0.194),growth and development factors(0.169).Conclusion: the incentive level of family doctor still needs to be improved. The relationship between factors of quality of life, interpersonal relationship, growth and development and incentive effect is as follows: factors of quality of life can directly affect the incentive effect, but can also indirectly influence the incentive effect under the mediating effect of interpersonal relationship and growth and development factors; The factors of interpersonal relationship can directly affect the incentive effect, and can also indirectly affect the incentive effect through the growth and development factors.Growth and development factors have a direct positive impact on incentives.
