With the rapid development and application of a series of new digital technologies such as Internet,big data and artificial intelligence in the world,the changes brought by science and technology have affected the development of many traditional industries in varying degrees.The market environment and business model of various industries are also undergoing drastic changes and restructuring.The same is true in the medical service industry,especially in private hospitals.With the support of policy dividends and the promotion of social capital in the new health care reform,private hospitals are developing rapidly in terms of overall scale,professionalism and service quality,but their disadvantages are still obvious at present.And the proportion of private hospitals in the whole health service system is still far behind that of public hospitals.At the same time,even the internal competition between private hospitals is becoming increasingly fierce.In this market environment,how to find a feasible competitive strategy is directly related to the survival and development of private hospitals,and its significance is particularly important.Under this background,through the in-depth analysis of the current situation and problems of private hospitals,this paper explores how to use emerging digital technology to create differentiated competitive advantages for private hospitals from the aspects of medical technology,resource allocation,brand integrity,hospital operation and academic impact.It cannot be eliminated and has the ability of sustainable development in the attack of increasing number of private competitors and large-scale public hospitals.Firstly,this paper makes a detailed study of Michael Porter's competitive strategy theory,which is the main theoretical basis supporting the core argument.It focuses on the analysis of the impact of differentiation strategy and technological change on competitiveness in the three general competitive strategies,and finds that compared with cost-leading strategy and centralization strategy,differentiation competition is different.The strategy is more suitable for private hospitals in the current context.And information technology change also has typical attributes and characteristics of technological change,which can bring sustainable development competitive advantage for enterprises.At the same time,it also clarifies the theoretical basis of the application of emerging digital technology to enhance the competitiveness of private hospitals.Secondly,starting from the background and development status of the medical service industry and private hospitals,this paper mainly introduces the development status and background of China's health undertakings based on the information published in the statistical yearbook provided by the State Health and Health Commission.The following analysis framework is constructed:The first step is to summarize the characteristics of China's medical service system after the new health care reform from 2009 to 2017,with the core policy of "new health care reform" as a reference point.Then,taking private hospitals as the breakthrough point,this paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation and characteristics of private hospitals in terms of the size and development of institutions,the number and growth rate of hospitals,the distribution of resources,and the construction of talent team.The second step,starting from the current situation and characteristics of a typical private hospital-Yueyang GJ Hospital,combined with the research findings of many scholars,referring to the interviews of many medical service practitioners and managers,and combining with their own analysis results,formally put forward the core issues to be solved in this paper:the operation of private hospitals in hospitals,brand integrity.There are five aspects of insufficient competitiveness in medical technology,resource allocation and academic impact.The third step is to construct a competitiveness evaluation system for private hospitals,and take the top hospitals in the industry as the target,collect a large number of data and interview results,make a deep and scientific analysis of the current situation of these problems,verify the competitiveness problems of Yueyang GJ Hospital based on a large number of data,and summarize the essential reasons for its formation.The fourth step is to discuss and discuss how to use the new information innovation technology to solve the above problems and create differential competitive advantages:using mobile Internet to enhance the competitiveness of private hospitals;using big data analysis to enhance the competitiveness of private hospitals brand integrity;using artificial intelligence to enhance private hospitals' medical treatment.The competitiveness of technology and the application of remote consultation to enhance the competitiveness of resource allocation in private hospitals.At the same time,specific cases are cited to illustrate the practical application value and business scenarios of these five technologies.Finally,from different perspectives,such as patients,medical staff,hospital managers,government regulators,the specific benefits of the implementation of the strategy are discussed.It also emphasizes that information positioning is only a technical tool,and it is not advisable to blindly pursue the potential benefits of a technology regardless of business characteristics.After identifying the business characteristics of their own hospitals,the core essence of differentiated competitive strategy in this paper is to choose the most matching and practical technology.At present,many private hospitals are still at the stage of exploring and exploring the choice of market competition strategy and the building of competitive advantage due to the limitation of the size of the organization,the level of medical care,patient satisfaction and hardware resources.Based on the research and analysis of the current situation and problems faced by private medical institutions in China,combined with the impact and benefits brought by the rapid development of information technology in the world,this paper explores how to make use of new information technologies such as Internet,big data and artificial intelligence to create a differentiated competitive advantage suitable for private hospitals.Feasible path.Through this paper,private hospitals can correctly identify their own hospital characteristics,understand how to use the emerging information technology to empower business,so as to create a differentiated competitive advantage,and make digital technology become a new engine and driving force for private hospital business development.So as to provide a reference for the survival and development of private hospitals in the future competitive strategic planning options,through the healthy and orderly progress of private hospitals,thereby promoting the structural optimization and healthy development of the entire health care system.
