Suicide is a sensitive but not negligible public health and social issue worldwide.China has been classified as a country with a high suicide rate from the 1990 s to the beginning of this century.Among them, adolescents are at high risk for suicide.Adolescent suicide causes irreparable harm to themselves and their families.Based on international experience, suicide interventions targeting adolescents are an effective way to prevent and avoid tragedies.Combining domestic institutions and scholars' suicide intervention research,it is found that research on countermeasures and techniques is rich, but research on the ethical perspective is still relatively small.Based on the current status of suicide intervention among adolescents in China, this article draws on domestic and foreign research results, and through interviews and case analysis of attempted suicide youth,it is found that there are many problems in juvenile suicide intervention in China, including limited family intervention capacity, lack of school preventive education, and weak private intervention power The lack of responsibility awareness of departmental institutions, the limitations of intervention methods mainly based on networks and hotlines, the lack of corresponding early warning assessment and follow-up services, etc.Ethical considerations of the above-mentioned intervention problems, this article believes that these specific problems have hidden cognitive limitations.People are accustomed to blaming “child suicide” for problems in themselves and their families.Families affected by it are always struggling but unwilling to ask for help from society.Juvenile suicide has not yet entered the horizons of all sectors of society as a public health issue.Responsibility is the starting point for solving specific problems.Based on this basic understanding, this article presents some relatively independent opinions.Regarding the moral reasons for intervening young people's suicide,it is believed that active and effective interventions can prevent young people from committing suicide passionately, and at the same time give young people and their families care for their lives, while passing on the moral responsibility of cherishing life to society.Regarding the moral responsibility of intervening adolescent suicide,it is believed that the family is the first responsible subject of adolescent suicide intervention, and medical and mental health institutions should assume the scientific research and social service functions of adolescent suicide intervention. The entire society bears the moral responsibility for loving the lives and health of young people;it should establish a sense of responsibility for intervening young people in suicide, personal responsibility, national responsibility, and social responsibility, and jointly build a national government-led,multi-organizational sector cooperation,Socially involved youth suicide intervention system. In terms of youth suicide intervention guidelines, several principles are proposed in a timely, accessible, effective, cooperative, empathetic manner. In terms of action measures to strengthen youth suicide intervention,it is recommended to change the concept and firmly establish the moral responsibility awareness of suicide intervention;popularize life and death education and strengthen the healthy personality building of youth;publicize and train the basic knowledge and skills of suicide intervention in the whole society;build reasonable and fair Assessment and early warning mechanism for youth suicidal tendencies;constructing a multi-subjects cooperative intervention, division of labor and cooperation work pattern, etc. It is expected that this study will attract more scholars to pay attention to the problem of suicide among adolescents, and gradually deepen the current situation of high incidence and poor intervention in China by deepening intervention research.
