With the rapid development of organ transplantation, human gradually away from some illness, andeven death threats. Organ transplantation technology in improving the life quality and prolong the life timefor the two humans brought great gospel. Organ transplantation is a very complex process, in addition tomedical technology level, the whole process also exist some complex ethical issues. The root of theproblem, mainly because the necessary for organ transplant source--lack of organ. It is because of thehuman organ this scarce health resources are extremely deficient, so the organ transplantation can only ingreat demand in selective operation patients. At present our country in the absence of objective open organallocation standard fair and the lack of relevant legal measures, to allow the organ to fairness in thedistribution process, can be said to be a luxury.Relatively speaking, some foreign countries in organ transplantation, started early, rapid development,not only in the medical technology level is relatively mature, and supporting the development of organtransplantation and phase distribution system, management method, legal measures also gradually improve,although also faces a difficult situation for multi organ for less, but the development of organ transplanthave everything in good order and well arranged to solve the problem, the unfair distribution of organtransplantation in a certain extent.In this paper, from the perspective of ethics of organ transplantation, according to the domestic andforeign experience and domestic distribution, reality, profound analysis of organ transplantation distributionof some of the ethical issues, focusing on the unfair phenomena in organ allocation and its reasons, and forreasons put forward concrete and effective solutions, the maximum extent to avoid the unfair phenomenonorgan allocation process organ transplantation in china.
