proliferation pathway were detected by immunohistochemistry.The image was analyzed by Olympus BX51 microscope with DP72CCD,and the image analysis software IPP6.0(Image Pro Plus 6.0)was used to analyze the integrated optical density average(IODMean,used to reflect the target protein content).K14/VEGF transgenic mice with psoriasis-like lesions and wild-type mice were randomly divided into model group,treatment group,positive drug group and 10 wild-type mice.The mice were given normal control group.The rats were treated with 8 weeks for the treatment period.After 8 weeks of feeding,the blood flow perfusion(PU value)of the back and left ear was measured by laser microcirculation flow imaging.The content of VEGF and VEGFR protein in the dorsal lesions of mice was determined by Western blotting.ResultsThe average score of PASI was 9.90±6.54,and the average score of PASI after treatment was 6.17±4.71,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001),the treatment of itching before treatment The mean VAS score was 4.84±2.59,and the mean VAS score after treatment was 2.71±2.08,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).And there is no skin tissue(F=15.917,P<0.001).The IODMean value of VEGF in the group was 383.34±230.46 and 220.51±58.81 in the normal group.The content of VEGF in the skin lesions of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris was significantly higher than that in the normal skin tissues(F=16.616,P=0.007).The IODMean value of Tie2 in the psoriasis group was 207.01±127.66 and the normal group was 248.40±192.02.There was no significant difference in the content of Tie2 in the skin lesions of the patients with normal psoriasis and the normal skin tissue(F=1.827,P=0.279).The IODMean value of CD105 in psoriasis group was 2236.67±717.43 and 379.27±330.66 in normal group.The content of CD105 in skin lesions of patients with dyslipidemia was significantly higher than that in normal skin tissues(F=31.407,P<0.001).After 4 weeks of intervention,the PU value of the K14/VEGF transgenic mice was 154.23±10.59,the left ear PU was 140.09±13.74,the right ear was 142.44±14.89,the normal control group The PU value of wild type mice was 114.49±12.14,the PU value was 47.90±14.95,the right ear was 45.31±10.11,the PU value was 101.08±13.62 in the positive drug group and the PU value was 60.61±6.72 in the right ear and 70.95±11.85 in the right ear.The PU value was 108.20±12.45 in the traditional Chinese medicine group and 97.92±1.61 in the left ear and 106.22±13.76 in the right ear.(P<0.0001,P<0.0001,P<0.01).The trophoblast auxiliaries could decrease the left ear and back blood flow in the transgenic mice significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01),and there was no significant difference group(P<0.05,P<0.01).ConclusionsNourishing blood detoxification can only significantly reduce psoriasis and PASI dryness Syndrome VAS score,a significant clinical efficacy,clinical efficacy analysis
