Clinical Research, Cooling Blood Detoxification Spleen Yin Method Of Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris Blood Blood Dryness

The method of Liangxue Jiedu Jianpi Yiyin is an effectual method in treating normal psoriasis (Ps) syndrome of Blood Heat and Blood Dryness. Which is based on my advisor Zhou deying's years of clinical practice, it is also developed from the experience of well-known Chinese Medicine Doctor Jin qifeng. Following this method, we instituted the decoction of Jia Wei XiaoYin Jie Du (JWXYJD), it is also based on Jin's Decoction of Xiao Yin Jie Du.This research is aimed to clarify the method of Liangxue Jiedu Jianpi Yiyin's treatment effect on normal Ps syndrome of Blood Heat and Blood Dryness, through observing the change of patients' skin damage and accompanied syndromes.This thesis includes literature review and clinical study.The part of review include two essays. The first essay reviews the research development on Ps in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), including its successive changes, the opinions of neoteric doctors on its pathogenesis, and medical treatment. The second essay reviews the modern research development on Ps.In the part of clinical study, we divided 77 psoriasis patients with syndrome of Blood Heat and Blood Dryness into two groups randomly, observation group(JWXYJD Decoction)and control group (Xiao Yin Jie Du Decoction), each group included 40 patients. After 8 weeks' continuous therapy and observation, we evaluated the treatment effect by comparing the PASI score and the whole syndrome's improvement.Results: There was significant difference of PASI score between pro and after the treatment in the observation group and control group(P<0.01),which indicated that the both were effective; and significant difference of PASI score after the treatment in the observation group and control group(P<0.01).The observation group had a recovery rate of 35%, effective rate of 37.5%,and the total rate of 72.5%,the control group had a recovery rate of 10.81%, effective rate of 20.73%, and the total rate of 40.54%.The P value of the total effective of the both groups was less than 0.01 (P<0.01)according to rank sum test. The results showed that the method of Liangxue Jiedu Jianpi Yiyin could improve the syndrome of Blood Heat and Blood Dryness obviously.Through the research, it is proved that the method of Liangxue Jiedu Jianpi Yiyin has obvious treatment effect on normal Ps syndrome of Blood Heat and Blood Dryness.
