| With the improving of the national economy,the demand for meat food consumption in the people’s rapid growth,new aquaculture production pattern has also emerged In recent years,China’s pig industry is also cage-free mode gradually from the traditional to the mass breeding paradigm shift in the scale of intensive factory farming mode,the environmental problems also gradually manifested corral According to the current research progress in the field of environmental management of pig pens at home and abroad,combined with the breeding conditions under the special climatic characteristics in northern China,this paper designs an intelligent pig pen environmental monitoring and control system based on the Internet of Things,which includes the following aspects:(1)Based on the analysis of environmental factors affecting pig growth in pigsty,the overall design scheme of intelligent pigsty environmental monitoring and control system based on Internet of Things was proposed according to the influence characteristics;(2)STC51 microcontroller + sensor were used to develop the detection unit of air temperature and humidity,ammonia concentration,carbon dioxide concentration,hydrogen sulfide concentration,constant temperature ventilation device and dehumidification device respectively,and the design of the sensing layer in the Internet of Things system was completed;(3)The environmental monitoring and regulation system is built by using PLC technology.The front-end sensing unit sends the data to PLC in the form of analog quantity,and then sends it to the cloud gateway after computing processing.PLC and cloud gateway communicate through RS-485 to complete the design of the transmission layer in the Internet of Things system;(4)The MCGS human-computer interaction platform was designed in the environmental monitoring and control system,and the data visualization was realized in the pigsty site.The cloud gateway device was logged into the cloud platform to establish the cloud configuration,which jointly realized the design of the application layer in the Internet of Things system.Through field testing and analysis of experimental data,it is known that the intelligent pig house environmental monitoring and control system designed in this paper based on the Internet of Things can effectively improve the environmental parameters in large-scale pig houses,including air temperature and hzumidity,ammonia gas concentration,carbon dioxide concentration and other environmental parameters,improve the animal welfare level,and maintain convenience and visualization at the same time The operation is simple,and it has certain practical significance to the research of environmental management of piggery... |
