With the development of urbanization and the rapid growth of the urban population,the need for home planting equipment continues to increase as urban residents’ demand for green living continues to rise.Nowadays,most home plant growing devices cannot obtain reliable environmental data and analyze them accurately and lack rich platform management functions.To solve the problems of low accuracy and reliability of single sensor measurement data and impaired functions of management platform in home plant growing system,this paper analyzes the home plant growing environment and designs a home intelligent planting device and system platform by combining the internet of thing technology and neural network.By extracting,mining,and analyzing the plant-growing environment data,this paper establishes a plant-growing database and an environment monitoring platform,which has high research value and practical significance.Aiming at the problems of low accuracy and poor reliability of single-sensor measurement data of home growing system,this paper uses multi-sensor fusion technology to obtain reliable environmental data.Firstly,the two-layer data fusion model structure is designed to determine whether the initial data is valid or not,and the Grubbs criterion is used to remove the abnormal data to avoid the influence of the abnormal values on the subsequent fusion work;secondly,the adaptive weighted averaging algorithm is improved,and the allocation control theory is combined with it to strengthen the detection of data consistency and obtain accurate sample data,and the experiment proves that the improved algorithm can improve the data.Finally,the Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)algorithm is used to optimize the T-S fuzzy neural network which is prone to fall into local optimal solutions and slow convergence speed,and a more objective data fusion model is constructed,and the model performance is comprehensively evaluated.The experimental results show that the multi-sensor fusion algorithm designed in this paper improves the accuracy and reliability of data fusion.Aiming at the problem of impaired functions of the system management platform,this paper designs the upper computer and We Chat small program monitoring platform to realize user management functions,data visualization display,and equipment control.Firstly,the multi-layer communication structure is designed to meet the demand of data information transmission among various parts and realize the network communication function;secondly,the Tencent cloud platform server is deployed to realize data access and equipment management;finally,the functions of the upper computer and We Chat applet are designed,discovered and tested respectively,and the test results show that the system functions meet the design standards.In summary,the home intelligent planting platform and device designed in this paper can solve the problems of low precision and poor reliability of single sensor measurement data and impaired function of current home planting equipment’s management platform through multi-sensor fusion technology multi-terminal monitoring platform.The test results prove that the system has complete functions and better operation effects and is more widely used.
