Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Control System Of Plant Factory Based On Cloud Platform

Agriculture is the foundation and guarantee of national economic development and social progress,but in recent years,with the rapid development of economy in China’s economy,continue to speed up the rural urbanization,lead to China’s arable land area and population decline in agriculture,the traditional agricultural production seriously restricted by the weather,land utilization is low,rely on a large number of labor,cannot meet the needs of China’s huge population of agricultural supplies,therefore,developed a set of high efficiency,low cost,intelligent plant factory intelligent control system is very necessary,can maximize the harmonic gradually reduce the cultivated land area and the contradiction between the growing demand for agricultural goods,And has the important significance to our country agriculture progress development.This topic from the requirements of actual project,in combination with cloud technology,the Internet of things technology,such as Android APP development,intelligent control technology,designed and implemented a set of plant factory intelligent control system based on cloud platform,has realized the real-time monitoring of plant growth environment data,remote intelligent control and comprehensive analysis of management,in this paper,the main content is as follows:Firstly,the present state of the plant plant control system in Japan and overseas and the development trend of the cloud platform are analyzed in detail,and the use of the intelligent fuzzy PID control strategy is proposed based on expert decision system for constant illumination precision and intelligent control of PWM dimming,it has obvious advantages.Combined with the functional and non-functional requirements of the system,the overall design scheme of the intelligent control system of the plant plant based on the cloud platform is proposed,which can be summarized as wireless communication access and feedback data,cloud centralized analysis and processing data,terminal software comprehensive application data.The problems such as complex wiring,high cost and power consumption,poor data processing ability and reliability,and imperfect control function are solved in traditional plant plant control system.Secondly,according to the overall architecture of the system,the illuminance fuzzy PID control strategy is analyzed and designed to control the constant illuminance of PWM dimming intelligently.The communication scheme between each unit and module of the system is proposed,and the communication protocol and data structure of each part are defined and designed.The design and development of the cloud platform management system and the development of the device’s cloud access and management as well as business application functions solve the problems of the traditional plant plant control system’s poor data processing ability and poor reliability of remote operation.An expert decision system based on neural network was designed to make intelligent reasoning decision on the current environmental state of plant growth,so as to obtain the environmental state quantity satisfying the optimal growth of plants.The My SQL database is designed and built to safely store the massive data from the front end and the back end generated by the system.Then,MVP development framework and Rx Java+Retrofit+Ok Http+Gson network request framework are adopted to design and develop the Android system control software platform.Starting from each functional module of the system,The functions of environmental monitoring,intelligent control,equipment management and area management are realized.The linkage control function of intelligent control is realized by the illuminance fuzzy PID control strategy.The SSM framework is used to develop the background comprehensive management software platform through My Eclipse,which realizes the background maintenance and comprehensive management of the system.Finally,the system test environment based on cloud platform was built,and the system was tested in the field and field.The test results showed that the intelligent control system of plant plant based on cloud platform proposed in this paper could meet the requirements of the project,and the operation was stable,real-time and reliable.It has been put into use.
