| Under the background of China’s economy entering the new economic normality,the development of rural economy is facing great challenges.The rapid development of Internet of things technology will play an important role in agricultural informatization,automation and intensification.Moreover,the Internet of things will be applied in pig production management is promising trend in the future of animal husbandry.Considering the low levels of automation control,large error of artificial prejudgment,delay on real-time operation and some other disadvantages in the measurement and control of environmental parameters in piggery.so combining with sensing technology,communication technology and computer technology to develop a device of measurement and control of environmental parameters in piggery based on the Internet of things.In this paper,the sensor nodes will be set up in farrowing rooms,fattening rooms and sow rooms,the system collecting the parameters as information source and designing a monitoring and control system of environmental parameters in piggery based on Internet of things.Taking the temperature as the main parameter,the control method suitable for the field equipment is established.The system of Internet of things includes environmental data acquisition layer,data transfer interaction layer and application service layer.The environmental data acquisition layer is composed of data acquisition module,data processing module,instruction execution module,GPRS-DTU communication module and touch screen of transfer module,the layer of main function is to collect environmental parameters in piggery and control fan and wet curtain equipment.The data transfer interaction layer uses the common TCP/IP protocol and selects the mature GPRS-DTU module in the market to ensure the stability of the data transmission.Besides,the layer is a link between the environmental data acquisition layer and the application service layer.It not only transfers data processed by the lower computer,but also ensures the instructions sent by the application program to be executed in time and accurately.The application service layer consists of a transfer server and a customer interaction application.And the transfer server is mainly composed of the C# host computer and the Sql Server database.It receives and stores data as the data source of client application.The client application includes the Web page and the Android client,through these to check the environmental parameters and the equipment running status in piggery in real time through the network.This design has proved by practice that monitoring and control system of environmental parameters in piggery based on Internet of things is stable,temperature control is effective and timely,the data of C# server is received normally,and it can accurately save data to local database.The UI interface of the Web page and Android client is friendly,which can monitor the environmental parameters in piggery in real time.It provides a good user platform for managers to achieve the environment of dynamic changes in piggery in time.To sum up,the development of the system will play a fine role model to the breeding of traditional livestock and poultry industry,such as pig breeding. |
