Research On The Planning And Design Of Public Space In Kangyang District, Binzhou City

With the acceleration of the national aging process,the problem of population aging has become more and more serious,and even become an important limiting factor of urban development.Health care city and health care community have become an important direction of urban and community development.As a part of it,public activity space plays an indispensable role.Compared with foreign countries,the research on health care city and community in China started late,and the theory of related research is relatively weak,and the actual cases that can be used for reference are not very rich.How to design a public activity space suitable for the requirements of health care community? What are the key points of public activity space that can effectively serve the community? These problems urgently need to be concerned and put forward solutions.The public activity space studied in this thesis takes "health care" as the core feature,"the elderly" as the design consideration,and covers the use of all age groups.First of all,this thesis explains the main background of the research,answers the purpose of the research,and describes the theoretical and practical significance of the research content.Through a variety of research methods and clear research technical route,to achieve the purpose of research results.This thesis defines the related concepts,summarizes and defines the core concepts of "the elderly","health care" and "public space",and determines the scope of this thesis.At the same time,the relevant basic theories are analyzed and sorted out to provide sufficient and accurate theoretical basis for the research content of this thesis.This thesis summarizes and lists the relevant research literature at home and abroad,and defines the existing research content.Secondly,it combs the main cases of health care community at home and abroad,and summarizes the common problems of public space in health care community in China.At the same time,the new attempts of scholars and designers at home and abroad to explore the space of city public activities have been rationally explored under COVID-19.Then,through the analysis and carding of the previous relevant theories and relevant cases,this thesis puts forward the design principles and key points of public activity space in the health care area or health care community in China,and provides the overall strategic guidance for the design of public activity space in the health care community in Binzhou City.Finally,it briefly introduces the general situation of Binzhou City and the aging situation,and puts forward the current situation and problems of Binzhou City.According to the key points of the previous guidance,summed up the public activity space strategy suitable for Binzhou Kangyang area,from the activity space,walking system,lighting system,identification system and public facilities,the design guidance of public activity space.Apply the theory to the actual design.
