Design Of Health Care Space Environment Based On The Behavior Characteristics Of The Elderly ——Take Fushan Health Care Space Design Of Qingdao As An Example

With the increasing aging of the population,the traditional family pension model in China is affected by many objective factors.How to solve the old people’s pension problem has become an urgent social problem.In China,the pension industry started later than the western developed countries,and there is still a certain gap with the West.At the same time,the domestic pension institutions are in a state of rapid rise,there are still problems such as short construction cycle,inadequate pension institutions in all aspects and so on.Most of the design of the nursing home stays in the interior design,ignoring the importance of the outdoor environment to the life and rehabilitation of the elderly.Most of the pension institutions in China are built for the healthy elderly,ignoring the special intermediary type elderly people.Therefore,through the combination of field research,interview and behavior observation,this paper has a deep understanding of the needs of the elderly for the use of health care space.While improving the quality of life of the elderly,the outdoor environment design as an effective entry point is integrated into the living environment of the elderly to provide a warm and comfortable living environment for the elderly.The thesis consists of three parts: preface,main body and conclusion.The main body is divided into four chapters.The research methods used in this paper are interdisciplinary research,literature research and field investigation.First of all,according to the relevant information at home and abroad,this paper discusses the background and significance of the research,and understands the current situation of the research on the facilities of the old-age homes at home and abroad,and defines the relevant concepts and research directions.Secondly,using the method of on-the-spot investigation,this paper analyzes the basic situation,geographical location and outdoor space use of the two nursing homes in the investigation,and points out the problems existing in the outdoor space.And through the summary of the previous paper,the design principles and methods of health care space environment based on the behavioral characteristics of the elderly are put forward,which provides strategies for the specific design of the following paper.Finally,based on the behavior characteristics of the elderly,the design of health care space environment--Taking the design of Fushan health care space in Qingdao as an example,based on the above ideas and strategies,combining theory with practice,the paper carries out a specific design practice of Fushan health care space environment in Qingdao,and summarizes the viewpoints mentioned in the paper,hoping that the content of this topic can be relevant insiders Scholars bring inspiration.
