Study On The Adaptive Design Strategy Of Handan Elderly Care Institutions Under The Mode Of Integrated Medical Care And Support

In the context of China’s rapidly aging society,the problem of population indebtedness is getting serious,and the ratio of family and social support is increasing year by year.The aged problem for the elderly people has become an important issue in China.With the increase in the prevalence and disability of the elderly,the relationship between elderly care and medical services has become closer.Compared with the traditional old-age care mode,the combination mode of medical care and elderly care can provide the elderly with "old-age" and "medical" services at the same time,which has great advantages.In recent years,the national government’s policy supporting for the promotion of the combination of medical care and elderly care services has gradually increased,providing a good research background for further research and improvement in the theory and space of elderly care institutions with a combination of medical and elderly care.This article is aimed at the problems which includes incomplete research on the elderly care institution with the combination of medical care and the lack of adaptive design in terms of space function configuration and space layout.According to the current normative standard system,the literature research method,field research method,interdisciplinary analysis method,history Research methods such as comparative method and empirical case method,this article presents the background of the research field and the current status of research at home and abroad,It also clarifies the basic research issues such as the purpose,object,content and framework of the research,and elaborated the related concepts involved in the research,analyzes the elder’s psychological,physical,and behavioral characteristics.The corresponding design inspiration is summarized as well.On the premise of comprehensive analysis of the distribution and operation of the elderly care institutions and the combination mode of medical care and support in Handan City,7 elderly care institutions with a combination of medical care and support mode were selected for investigation,and the plan layout and status of various functional spaces were summarized.The research analyzes the basic situation of the institution,the basic situation of the elderly living in the institution,and the demand for medical rehabilitation space and public activity space.On the basis of this,the corresponding space adaptive design strategies andsuggestions are provided,including space configuration,space layout,functional spatial relationship,spatial detail design and so on,which is to solve the problem of the medical rehabilitation space and public activity space in research.In order to apply theory into practice,the medical rehabilitation space and public activity space are adaptively designed and transformed according to strategies.Through the research in this article,it can provide a reference for the adaptive design practice of the current and future medical and nursing model of elderly care institutions in Handan.
