Research On The Application Of Whole Process Cost Consulting Based On BIM

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and the rapid development of the construction industry,the traditional cost management mode has been unable to meet the needs of the rapid development of the construction industry.After the national competent department put forward the concept of the whole process cost management,due to the lack of technical level,the whole process cost management can not be realized in a real sense.Based on this,BIM Technology came into being.Through literature research,qualitative and quantitative analysis and case analysis,this paper analyzes the application and value of BIM from the decision-making stage,design stage,development and contracting stage,implementation and settlement stage of construction projects,aiming to find out how to use BIM Technology to realize the whole process cost management,analyze the existing problems of cost management in each stage and the methods to solve them,so as to realize the real goal In a sense,the whole process cost management based on BIM provides theoretical data for reference.Through theoretical research and practical application analysis of cases,the following conclusions are drawn:In the decision-making and design stage,building a three-dimensional building information model,using lumion roaming and 3D Max process animation demonstration,as well as BIM related site and function analysis software,can enable the builder to compare and analyze the construction scheme in a visualized state.In the decision-making stage,it can analyze the feasibility and economy of the project construction,as well as the traffic,humanity and environment around the project In the design stage,the design defects can be explored in depth,and problems such as errors,omissions,bumps,and shortages of drawings can be found,so as to improve the review quality of design drawings,effectively reduce design changes in the implementation stage,and shorten the construction period and save costs.In the development,contracting,construction and settlement stage,based on BIM 3D building information model and bim5 d platform,BIM Technology can be used for comprehensive pipeline layout and clear height analysis to avoid pipeline construction problems;3D visual model and 4D virtual construction can be used to make technical disclosure of complex projects more intuitive and efficient;bim5d based model,data,progress,cost and other information integration level The information management,progress quality management,construction process management and cost management of the whole process of the project will be more information-based,and the accuracy and efficiency of the whole process cost management will be improved.
