| As China’s economic status in the international,numbers of domestic pressure vessel manufacturing enterprise continuously rise,prices of raw materials is transparent.Small and medium PV manufacturing enterprise faces enormous pressure of market competition in China,control of quality cost,implementing lean QM is imperative.This thesis focuses on Company’s implementation of lean production QM and reduction of quality loss.By studying and summarizing the study results of lean production QM at home and abroad,this thesis sorted out,summarized and analyzed lean related theories,and formulated the lean production QM method suitable for F Company.The existing waste sources of F company are the rework and repair cost in the manufacturing process,core scrap loss and NCR processing loss,which are mainly caused by poor welding,quality NC caused by suppliers and the deal with of NCR.Use innovative thinking to select the improvement direction that suitable for F Company.Combined with lean six Sigma process method,use lean QM tools to summarize and analyze production QM information,and finally optimize the process and reduce quality loss.The measures are made mainly from three aspects: improving welding quality,enhancing information management of process quality data and establishing supplier quality loss claim mechanism.Finally,the thesis puts forward the conditions for implementing lean production quality improvement research in F Company: first,get high-level support;Secondly,full participation;Finally,the promotion of lean QM culture.In the whole study process,lean improvement methods and QM tools were applied,and the implementation was carried out from two dimensions of product quality improvement and production QM process improvement.From the study results of F company’s implementation of lean production QM improvement,it was concluded that: In the same industry of pressure vessel manufacture enterprises,implement lean production quality improvement study needs to be based on local,combined with their own situation,apply innovative thinking to choose actionable study direction,is not limited of tooling use,make full use of lean thinking to improve the quality of each production management process or activity.The improvement case of F Company may provide reference for the same industry. |
