With the rapid development of the market economy of cross-era significance,entrepreneurs have seized this opportunity,including those in the construction industry have made great efforts to study the way to the development of enterprises.However,China’s architectural survey and design industry is still suffering from a lot of marketing pressure.To strengthen the core competitiveness of the enterprise,to improve the marketing concept of the enterprise,to expand the marketing channels of the enterprise has become the focus of the architectural survey and design industry management should be deeply considered and studied.Under this background,this paper XB college as the research object,through analyzing the current situation of XB college marketing management,using PEST analysis method to the enterprise internal and external marketing environment and competition are studied,the SWOT analysis of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,on the basis of proposed XB school marketing management lack of innovative ideas and feasible marketing strategy,It points out the problems existing in the marketing process of enterprises,such as team consciousness,personnel experience,ambiguous market segmentation,project service mechanism and so on,and studies the root causes of the problems.Finally,it analyzes the good opportunities in the market and how to give play to the strengths of the enterprises in the threat.Positioning the market with STP theory and improving the quality of service and relationship marketing with the combination of 7Ps marketing mix strategy,establishing perfect marketing management and later service mechanism,so that every customer of XB Institute can enjoy personalized services and standardized procedures for each project.The author puts forward the following improvement measures: "Start a series of training and learning,so that the marketing concept of the full penetration into the enterprise;On the premise of stabilizing the current basic market,boldly support the development of the whole process consulting and engineering general contracting business projects,so as to further accelerate the development of enterprises;On the basis of avoiding their own shortcomings,improve the marketing plan of XB Institute,improve the comprehensive strength of the enterprise;Analyze from the perspective of department collaboration,establish customer feedback platform and business marketing process institutionalization suggestions;Through continuous innovation and reform of service experience optimization,personalized service,quality and safety,brand building and marketing management,we will improve the service marketing level of XB Institute."XB institutes facing the problems of marketing,is common in the construction survey and design industry,and the outcome of the case study,can be in the largest survey and design enterprises in transition of the marketing strategy to provide the reference ideas and methods,improve the management service level,optimize their marketing plan,thus enhance the overall competitiveness of the industry,drive the other enterprise’s sustainable development in the industry.
