Infrastructure construction is the foundation of the formation and development in a condition,is also a social survival and development of the general material conditions,proactive and predictive of infrastructure for the persistent development of cities.The production safety law of the People's Republic of China article 28,the "labor law" the sixth chapter article 53 and article 16 of the law on the prevention and control of occupational diseases require production and business operation entity building,rebuilding and expansion of the safety facilities of the project,shall be designed,built,together with the principal part of the project put into production at the same time and use.But,in the current construction practice,for the design of the construction safety risk control work is still very big rise space,to advance the traffic infrastructure construction safety risk assessment is not only beneficial to better by optimizing the design of the construction safety risk control work to implement the relevant legal requirements,also can to a certain extent,reduce construction safety accidents of engineering project progress.In order to solve regional commodity productivity and the contradiction of unbalanced development between regional commodity consumption,promote the place with the outside world in the field of material and personnel input and output,and speed up the urbanization process,expanding the scope of the city of radiation,our country in recent years has always attached great importance to investment in infrastructure construction,infrastructure facilities in recent years as a leading edge field construction in our country.With the proposal of "new ICT infrastructure" and the rapid growth of investment in transportation infrastructure construction,more and more transportation infrastructure projects have entered the construction or construction preparation stage.The comprehensive and high-quality development of "new ICT infrastructure" cannot be achieved without the important foundation of intercity high-speed rail and rail transit,which need to function together with other transport infrastructures.Although the mileage of China's transportation infrastructure continues to rise in recent years,the casualties caused by construction safety accidents are still unsatisfactory.To fully identify and evaluate the construction safety risks in the early stage of the project is conducive to the determination of the safety risk control budget and the smooth realization of the construction objectives.In this context,this paper firstly sorts out various risk assessment methods and their applications,compares and selects risk assessment methods based on the characteristics of transportation infrastructure projects,determines the use of fuzzy synthesis method to evaluate their risks,and analyzes the applicability of the fuzzy synthesis method.And then to have,on the basis of the literature,combined with the expert investigation,using the method of reason,things and physical systems,from the personnel and the physical dimension of the two dimensions of risk identification,the preliminary establishment of index system for traffic infrastructure construction safety risk,through contrast screening and membership survey,in the end with two dimensions,four level indicators and 16 secondary indicators index system.Will build the risk evaluation index system as the basis of fuzzy synthetic method,and on the basis of the use of matrix and risk degree function division risk level,create a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation standard,set up the weight vector,and set up the evaluation matrix,the synthetic evaluation matrix and weight,determine the various indicators of risk scores and risk level,realize the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,risk evaluation model is set up.Used to establish a good model for a certain island bridge tunnel engineering project risk evaluation,the results found that bridge island was in the tunnel construction safety risk environment cause of risk degree of risk in a higher level,construction technology of risk degree of risk in a high level,field management,risk degree of risk in a higher level,personnel quality risk degree of risk in a higher level.After the summary assessment of four kinds of risks,it is concluded that the risk degree of a bridge,island and tunnel project is at a higher level.The construction safety risk of a bridge,island and tunnel project is mainly caused by the construction technology risk.After further analysis of the construction technology risk in the construction safety risk of a bridge,island and tunnel project,it is found that,from the perspective of the comprehensive risk assessment weight and risk hazard degree,the material and equipment risk and survey and design risk are the main reasons for the construction technology risk in the construction safety risk of a bridge,island and tunnel project to be in a very high level.Finally,on the basis of the case risk evaluation analysis results,the countermeasures and suggestions for risk sources are given.In this paper,from the perspective of the construction unit,the fuzzy synthesis method is used to establish a risk assessment model,and a bridge,island and tunnel project is taken as an example for risk assessment,which provides theoretical support and practical suggestions for the safety risk management of the construction unit in the construction stage of traffic infrastructure.
