Research On Design Strategy Of Light Steel Structure Modular Youth Apartment

In the continuous advancement of construction industrialization,the development of prefabricated systems,integrated systems,and steel structure buildings has caused more and more attention to light steel modular buildings and promoted their application in urban engineering projects.Facing the urgent needs of the young people in the city for living,the existing youth apartments are not yet sound in terms of institutional management,and the quality of living cannot be fully guaranteed and updated.Therefore,this paper proposes to use lightweight steel structure modular design and construction methods to inquire into system construction and functional applications of youth apartments.The lightweight steel structure module has the characteristics of light weight,flexibility and independence.Standardized production and prefabricated construction can speed up project engineering,save time and costs,and can achieve the rational use of resources and the development of sustainable buildings,to solve the mass,refined and high-quality living needs of urban youth.In this article,the keywords of the lightweight steel structure modular youth apartment are defined and explained.The classification and characteristics of the lightweight steel structure module and the building system are explained.The system support of the lightweight steel structure modular youth apartment is introduced.Research and analyze of relevant academic theory,historical development and practical cases at home and abroad,and summarize the obstacles and advantages of the development of such buildings.Conduct field surveys and issue questionnaires on the living conditions of the youth groups in Shenzhen,analyze the living behaviors and needs characteristics of the youth groups,summarize specific housing problems,and propose design suggestions for apartment living spaces.Investigate relevant cases of Shenzhen lightweight steel structure modular apartments,compare and analyze the module combination,unit characteristics and living space characteristics of each case.In-depth study of light steel structural module units and building system construction,combined with relevant cases,theory and specifications,analyze and summarize the module's size,components,functions,combination methods,and connection methods.This paper proposes the design strategy of lightweight steel structure modular youth apartments from the perspective of principle issues,building logic,different perspectives,application of information technology and user participation mode.Finally,the application of the modular concept of lightweight steel structure to the design of youth apartments is demonstrated through simulation design,and the design concept is discussed from the design goals,solution assumptions,site analysis,and concept design.Following the trend of the times,this paper introduces the concept of modularity of light steel structure,and hope to bring new inspiration to the future living mode of young people.
