Research On The Evaluation Of DL Company's Supply Chain Operation Capability Based On Portfolio Empowerment

With the increasingly fierce competition in the global market,more and more enterprises realize that they can’t be based on the market for a long time only by their own efforts.They must unite with upstream and downstream enterprises for common development to adapt to the changing market environment.Therefore,in the operation of the supply chain,there is a relatively coordinated supply chain operation interest community around the planning,procurement,production,delivery and return links.Therefore,it is an urgent problem for enterprises to establish an index system suitable for the company’s supply chain operation capability and conduct a scientific and comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the supply chain operation capability,so as to realize the healthy development of the enterprise’s supply chain operation.Based on the analysis of the supply chain operation of DL company,a joint venture auto parts manufacturing enterprise,this paper finds out the existing problems of supply chain operation,and establishes a set of evaluation index system of DL supply chain operation ability with SCOR supply chain operation reference model as the center.In the use of improved AHP and neighborhood decision-making system of neighborhood rough set to determine the index weight,in the use of cloud model to evaluate and analyze the supply chain operation ability of DL company,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.As a result,the following are the key research findings of this paper:Firstly,The concepts of supply chain operation capability,improved analytic hierarchy method,neighborhood rough set,cloud model,and supply chain operation reference model are abstracted and described through literature reading and field research.Secondly,this paper analyzes the industry background,personnel situation,business situation and supply chain activities of DL company.On the basis of SCOR model,the establishment of supply chain operation capability system of DL company starts from the five dimensions of supply chain reliability,flexibility,responsiveness,cost and asset management capability.The qualitative indicators in the index system are compiled questionnaire according to their nature,and then the questionnaire is distributed in the form of network,and the quantitative indicators are investigated.Thirdly,based on the establishment of the index system,the evaluation model is constructed to overcome the shortcomings of subjective and objective weighting.In this paper,the optimal transfer matrix is introduced to improve the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the neighborhood rough set is used to construct the combination weighting model.Through the subjective and objective optimal weighting model,the optimal combination weighting model is obtained.The evaluation cloud model is established based on cloud theory.Finally,based on the establishment of evaluation model,questionnaire data and survey data,this paper evaluates and analyzes the supply chain operation ability of DL company,obtains the DL company’s medium level of supply chain operation capability and offers countermeasures and suggestions.
