The Optimization Research Of Sinotruk International's Supply Chain Based On SCOR Model

With the rapid development of the world,the heavy-duty trucks are playing more and more important roles in the infrastructure of the third world countries as one kind of means of production.Among them,the heavy-duty trucks from China National Heavy Duty Truck Co.,Ltd.,due to its high cost performance and the go-out strategy,have gradually occupied the world market in the past decade.As the only foreign trade company of in CNHTC.Sinotruk International provides shipping services for the orders.In recent years,the competition in the international market is getting more and more intense.In addition to product factors,the internal management level of foreign trade enterprises is being taken seriously as a new competitiveness.Therefore,Sinotruk International needs to improve the internal management to enhance competitiveness.The supply chain management theory has been proposed for more than 20 years,and the impact on manufacturing is obvious to all.During the 19th National Congress,General Secretary Xi proposed the concept of "modern supply chain" to further develop the theory of supply chain management.Although foreign trade enterprises do not have production functions,the flow of goods,finances,documents and information in the export products also can be seemed as supply chain.Therefore,this paper attempts to use the supply chain theory to analyze the problem and determine the direction of improvement.The SCOR model is the most widely used and mature supply chain model,which also proposed the five major processes and the establishment of supply chain performance indicators.This paper combines model theory with the actual business process of Sinotruk International and interpret the international trade processes from the perspective of supply chain.At first,this paper builds Sinotruk International's supply chain process model,then analyzes the business data to obtain the actual supply chain performance level,while considering the supply chain risk management,and identifies the risk events according to the five processes mentioned.Then through the defect analysis and risk event analysis of performance level,summarize the reasons and determine the optimization research from the risk management framework,performance indicators,supplier management and internal processes,and finish the internal process optimization implementation and evaluation in one department experimental.The innovation of this paper is not only using the supply chain model to analyze the problems of foreign trade enterprises,but also take into account the internal risk identification,and propose the improvement plan based on the quantitative analysis of performance and risk control.
