| As the leading industry in China at this stage of development,the auto industry has made great contributions to the optimization and upgrading of China’s industrial system while booming on its own,and has played an important role in promoting the rapid development of the national economy.Among them,the smooth and stable operation of auto supply chain plays an important supporting role for the rapid development of auto industry.The automotive supply chain involves many entities such as suppliers,manufacturers and dealers,and the relationship between upstream and downstream enterprises is so close that a problem in any one link may lead to a crisis in the whole supply chain.In the face of challenges brought by other environmental changes such as natural disasters and political instability to the automotive supply chain,it is necessary to rely on improving the resilience of the automotive supply chain in order to improve the efficiency of the supply chain and expand greater profit margins.Therefore,based on the existing theories and the industry background of the automotive supply chain,this paper takes the automotive supply chain resilience as the research object and analyzes how the automotive supply chain adjusts its state to adapt to such changes in the face of internal changes and external shocks,and then promotes the sustainable development of production and operation.At the same time,through the in-depth study of the automotive supply chain resilience,it can further improve the relevant theoretical research results on the resilience management of China’s automotive industry,which has an important role in enhancing the resilience of the automotive supply chain and improving the quality of future development.The main research work of this paper is as follows.Firstly,by combing through the relevant literature,the connotation of supply chain resilience and the relationship between the concepts are clarified,and the theoretical development is outlined.Secondly,the evaluation index system of automotive supply chain resilience is constructed.This paper draws on the current situation of the development of automotive supply chains and the evaluation studies of supply chain resilience by scholars at home and abroad;on the basis of taking into full consideration the characteristics of automotive supply chains,an automotive supply chain evaluation index system consisting of 14 indicators in five dimensions,namely,predictive ability,responsiveness,adaptability,recovery ability and learning ability,is constructed;at the same time,the sequential relationship analysis method and entropy weight method are used to calculate the comprehensive integration of each indicator The weights of each indicator are calculated by using the sequential relationship analysis method and entropy weight method,and the supply chain resilience is evaluated based on the relevant data of the research subjects from 2017 to 2021.The results showed that the supply chain of Enterprise S showed significant resilience characteristics in the presence of external disturbances,and the overall performance of the supply chain resilience of Enterprise S from 2017 to 2021 was above the medium level.In particular,the outbreak of the new crown epidemic in 2020,the supply chain resilience of S enterprises showed a sharp decline and a smooth recovery after a difficult resistance,with a stronger recovery capacity compared to the resistance capacity.Despite the unstable industry environment faced by Enterprise S,with the negative impacts of the downturn in the auto market,chip shortage and the outbreak of the epidemic being very far-reaching,Enterprise S has systematically improved its resilience by building a resilient supply chain system from all aspects based on the perfection and strength of its own supply chain and the continuous adjustment and optimisation of the domestic environment,and by fully learning the lessons of supply chain management.Finally,based on the above study,the current situation of China’s automotive supply chain development is combined with the countermeasure suggestions to enhance the resilience of automotive supply chain in terms of information sharing,resource planning and personnel training. |
