Enterprises to implement strategic management has become the development trend of modern enterprise management,build reasonable performance evaluation system of enterprise,is conducive to a comprehensive and objective evaluation to the enterprise,is conducive to the formation of enterprise core competitiveness.With the unceasing change of business environment,forcing companies to re-examine their own business objectives,development strategy and evaluation system.The new development strategy and competition status,requirements we must start with new thinking,new perspective,new idea to establish a new performance evaluation system.With the speeding up of economic globalization and the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the development of contemporary enterprises is facing more complex and changeable external environment,competition increasingly intense and complicated.Especially the state-owned enterprises,in the transformation of planned economy to market economy,enterprise management,unclear property rights,responsibility allocation not clear disadvantages still exist,some problems existing in the current performance evaluation system,also affect the employees work enthusiasm and improve the economic benefits of the enterprise.Based on their state road transport enterprise as an example,the enterprise performance evaluation at home and abroad are summarized,on the basis of research results,points out that in many performance evaluation method,the advantages of the balanced scorecard is prominent,therefore,combined with the understanding of the balanced scorecard theory and analysis of the unit performance evaluation system for the reconstruction.Although in view of the balanced scorecard theory at home and abroad have a lot of research,but the index system applied in the state road transport enterprises are rare.This paper adopted the traditional research methods,according to the questions,analyze and solve problems of conventional thinking,first introduced the present enterprise performance evaluation related theory and research status quo,secondly analyses what causes of the problems,finally combining his work unit performance evaluation system reengineering.Traditional balanced scorecard theory from four dimensions of enterprise performance evaluation,respectively is the financial dimension,customers and social public dimension,internal business process dimension and learning and growth dimension.This article is from the four dimensions,only will each dimension concrete evaluation index to carry on the enrichment and refinement,in particular road transport enterprise development impact on the environment and resources.This text set about from its current performance evaluation system of existing problems,the index system of reconstruction,using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight proportion,and compared the performance evaluation system of the practice.This article research conclusion to the state road transport enterprise has good reference value,for inspiration.
